I was looking for a simple printer for my home office. This printer looked like it would work well for me...and it did....for 3 whole days! Yesterday I was printing a couple of pages and I got a "ink carriage stalled" error. I followed HP's online help guide but the printer will no longer print. I took it back to Best Buy today and received a refund (Best Buy is really good with returns). I will probably replace this HP with an Epson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
