I am returning and plan on purchasing a different printer altogether. I always buy HP products and have never had an issue with any HP purchase ever however!

I needed it to do all 4 (copy, scan, fax, print). It did all the items advertised well. Good product if you don’t need faxing. Have always used HP products with confidence.
