DO NOT BUY

Every time the driver auto-updates it decides you are out of ink, and makes you replace all of the ink cartridges, which cost more than the printer. This you can turn off auto-updates? Nope. I've done it twice now and it turns auto-updates back on. Absolute rip-off.

Printer Only! Does not copy or scan.

I finally got Geek Squad to set it up for me. Then, I discovered that all this printer doesn’t print. It does not copy it does not scan. It just prints. I returned it.

I instead chose to return it, when I went to return it the people at the store were not happy or helpful in getting it returned

This is a great printer.

The printer is also much faster and more quiet than my old HP printer. I use the printer at home and I rarely print more than 10-15 pages per month. Also, the printer is connected only to my computer and not to the Internet/wi-fi.

Quality control is a joke. I returned 3 different printers to HP because they didn’t work.

Downloaded and installed HPLIP for linux; experienced frequent hangs and shutting down print queues. Unuseable on linux; not much better on Windows.
