I needed a 3 in one model. I'm to blame for this mistake but I have to say I was so overwhelmed by so many models that I overlooked the details. Darn it! Now I'm going to have to either buy a copier/scan separately or try to go thru the hassle of selling this, at a loss, and buy what I wanted in the first place. Grrrrrr!

I JUST bought a bunch of replacement ink cartridges so I am repurchasing the same printer but even though the printer does work well, I am disappointed in the short life span. Get the warranty.

Expensive yet cheap printer

For the price you’re paying, you should get a touch screen and a scanner. You don’t get any of those. You have to set up the whole printer with two side buttons which makes things incredibly difficult. They used to have such good models but this printer is such a disappointment for what you’re paying for it.

'Waited..and waited...and waited....no update. Finally contacted HP support...in a call center...I believe in another country. The rep wanted me to turn over my desktop to him.. I was (am) very uncomfortable doing that.....so still have a useless printer. Before the problem it worked great!
