Functionally this printer works well so far, and fulfills my wife's and my home businesses. Word of caution, the HP+ software does not support older Apple OS, so my wife's Apple Macbook Pro will not work with this printer, as confirmed by a very lengthy call with Geek Squad Support. The other common gripe is the ridiculously small touch screen, which I can entirely cover with my thumb. It's functional, and takes some getting used to, but this is the primary reason for the 4-stars. The print receiver tray is also too small for adequately catching the finished product, and beware that the feisty mechanism may spit some prints on the floor. The unit is fast, I'll give it that. Aside from the hardware aspect, the other huge objection is the extremely solicitous, confusing and tricky soft set-up and loading onto our network and devices. This was a grueling process that actually shut down our brand ne Nighthawk router, which once again required a lengthy call to HP support. The "selling" through the entire process made it almost impossible to complete the set-up without being forced to subscribing to HP's multiple monthly subscription services for ink, paper, etc. which not only involve a monthly fee, but HP is constantly monitoring your personal printer remotely, which is honestly creepy, especially for someone who is in the high-tech commercial security industry like me. We wish we didn't have to replace our 4-year old HP 8620, because is was working fine, until it wasn't, and replacing the print head ends up costing about $150. Note that nobody works on these units any more, including Best Buy, but they will "Help you gt rid of the old one". I'm sure all these gripes are equal across the board for most major manufacturers. Very sad, but that's the way it is these days. We truly hope the new HP 9025 serves us well for many years.

No complaints about this printer! We've had HP printers for years and this is definitely the best one so far. While it is more expensive than their other printer lines, it's worth the money if you're willing to spend it. It prints quickly and is easy to use. Swapping toner cartridges is also really interesting but easy to do. Their HP software for PC isn't the best but it gets the job done and has plenty of features. Although I don't like subscription services, HP Instant Ink is worth the money and easy to use as they send you new cartridges and a return box for old toner recycling, and it isn't too expensive.

We started researching for another printer because our old printer did not work anymore. We decided to try this HP - Office Jet Pro 9025. The value and quality of this printer is superb. It prints and scans with accurate ease. It is indeed a All-In-One Inkjet printer. It was easy to setup when we first purchased it. The only negative comment I would say is that when it first comes on, it is very noisy. I turn on the printer and computer and then go away until everything has booted up. That solves the problem.

Hp prod. are possibly a bit pricer but holds up longer than any other brand. Printer comes 6 mths free ink, has duplex printing, fax, copy, print, holds 500 sheets, Hp smart so you can print, fax etc from anywhere. Faster printing, wireless tech, encryption, dual bad automatically finds and fixes connection problems, oh scans too. Prints wirelessly from computer, tablets, phones, including Apple and android devices. You will love it. Very easy to install and setup.

I purchased this printer to replace one that would no longer accept updates. The Best Buy sales person recommended this one, and they gave me a recycle credit for the old one, which was a nice touch. So far, the 9025e has performed flawlessly. The only issue I have (and it isn't a biggie) is that you can either run it with Wi-Fi or Ethernet, you can't have both, using Ethernet as a backup. I ended up using Ethernet. It prints quickly and the print is crisp and clear. Having two paper trays is a bonus.

I was forced to purchase a new printer because HP would not support the driver from my old printer purchased in 2012 even though it was working perfectly. This happened when up upgraded the the latest version of the Mac operating system. The 9025e is the closet thing to what I had. I like it because it has dual paper trays and can hold a whole ream of paper. Scans both sides of a paper at one time so it saves a bit of time. Haven't decided yet if HP+ is of value. I think that HP came up with to assure them of making more money on the ink. It is not Plug N Play because HP has to walk you through the set via phone. It can take 30 minutes or more. As usual when you get a new printer it is a bit smaller and lighter and that is because they have figured out how to use more plastic in construction. Creaks a lot while printing. Hope it lasts as long as the last one but when you sign up for HP+ they extend the warranty to 2 years.

Replaced a HP printer that quit after 10 -12 years. Bought on sale so was a good value. So far scans, prints and copies great, very quickly. Only complaint is it is very noisy and loud. Setup is a little complicated. Do not necessarily like the HP print seemingly requirement. I'll see how it goes after a couple of months use.

This printer fits my needs. I researched several of the other top printer manufacturers and found the HP Office Jet Pro 9025e (wireless - which is a bonus feature) had it over the others. I used to own an Epson because I use my printer for high resolution artwork elements. My wife owned an HP and when my Epson was out of ink, I would use hers. I found that it printed well on transparencies (even better than my Epson) which is what I required. Well, zip ahead years later, I find that this HP is probably the rare printers under $500 that will print to transparencies with precision. I love the touch screen on the unit and the ease of lifting up the top element to place the documents and ease of printing from multiple originals from the top feeder. There is a little hitch in making selections of paper. Also I don't find it to print as fast as other printers I've owned. I do like its size and stability. In addition, I have to acknowledge the great ink cartridge program they have that you can adjust per the amount of printing you do each month. Initially after purchasing the unit, HP will provide you a certain number of free refills on your ink ( I think it's 6 months) - which is fabulous.

I have had 2 Epson printers and though highly rated, it had its own set of issues. Down to Best Buy and out the door with the HP. Goodness, totally different experience. Easy setup, easy feeding, easy printing. Just plain easy. Speed of print is excellent. Speed of scanning is good. General operation makes this an excellent home or small office printer.

The print quality both black and color is very clear. Easy to use. I gave it 4 starts because it occasionally misfeeds on perfectly straight paper. I find that if I have more than 5 or 6 pages to scan in, the last 2 will be skewed.

I absolutely love this printer! I use it for so much! I bought it because I was a college student but now I use it for printing pictures, my books, and so much more. The ability to print, copy and scan, also has to paper trays which I use one for paper and the other for photo paper. And it’s Bluetooth so I connect it to my phone, laptop, and computer! I also pay the monthly fee of $5 and there are different options to choose from, that automatically send out the ink when it’s needed!

The printer is great however, it is very noisy. This is my fourth HP printer and they keep getting better in the quality of the documents printed. I will definitely buy another HP printer the next time I am in the market.

Bought a second for my husband's office after I liked mine so much! Reliable. Holds enough paper. Don't need constant ink replacements. Scans to USB plug-in on the front or several other choices on the touchscreen.

Easy learning curve, performs flawlessly (as well as my last 12 yr old HP printer, but has a few more functions which I will use to good advantage). Only complaint so far is the poorly designed paper catch (copies often land on the floor)- Crude quick partial fix involves a length of Scotch tape and a piece of 3"x5" card.

This is the best HP Printer on the market. I have been purchasing HP printers since the 90s. This printer works every time first time! It prints from my surface, from my android phone, and from my wife's apple phone with no setup. THE AI NETWORK INTERFACE IS AMAZING. I turned on the printer, and before I could do anything, setupeise, it connected to my LAN.

This printer does everything I need. It prints high quality, has 2 paper drawers so no need to switch out types of paper you use often, scans both side of the paper at once and make my life so much easier! Definitely a must for any small business office.

Very easy to set up, great quality so far, have not printed pictures yet. Able to print and scan right to my iphone through the app. Also liking the auto refill for the printer ink. We just retired our old HP printer after about 7 years.

This printer if fast and the quality of the print is very good. That being said I have a new Macbook and setting up this printer has been a nightmare. I have been working with computers and printers since the first IBM XT and AT's. I am not at novice doing this. First off the documentation with this printer is almost non existent. I wanted one tray to have letter and one tray to have legal so I put letter in tray 1 and legal in tray 2. In the setting I told it what was where and then tried to print on legal and it worked but it doesn't duplex on legal. Then I tried to print something on letter and it only came out on legal. I switched paper in the trays and tried again and it still only came out on legal. In the settings it lets you choose the default tray and to lock a tray so it won't be used unless you choose the paper type in that tray when printing. I did this and it still pulled legal. I emptied the legal tray and it said I had no paper. The only way I could get it to print on letter was to put letter in both trays. I've printed 91 pages and only about 20-25 were what I wanted. I have a 6 month trial for their automatic ink plan which gives me 100 sheets a month. It doesn't have any way to tell them that I have 50 or 60 wasted pages printed because their setup is so bad. Luckily I get 700 pages a month for the 6 month trial so hopefully I will get it setup by then so I don't waste pages. The other issue I have is setting up my SMTP server. I have used the same settings I have on my Outlook and iPhone and no matter what I use I get a failed message. I also set it up on my Windows 11 laptop and that is a little easier. I would recommend on a Windows PC but caution on a Mac. It may be that this is all normal on a Mac since the Mac is new to me and Mac users will have no difficulty with it.
