Best Inkjet Printer I've Bought

I bought this printer In January 2014 to replace another HP because we (my wife and I) print significantly for work (black mainly). We work from home and I was running to the store every other week to get ink.
These cartridges state that they will print 9200 pages (Black) versus the 500 I was getting from the previous printer. The per cartridge cost is $120 vs $30. Overall, I get 18 times more printing now for about 4 times more the upfront cost but, more importantly, my overall printing expense is cut by roughly 75% including less hassle to buy ink. After I bought the printer, I bought one extra cartridge monthly (4 total - K, C, Y, M) and I had a spare set within 4 months and I didn't have to buy $500 all at one time (Check your expiration dates when you buy#. We got 2300 pages out of the black setup cartridge and that took us about 4 months before replacing. After having this printer a year #9,200 pages so far#, I have only replaced each cartridge only once #I am about 30% remaining on my black cartridge and 50% on cyan with yellow and magenta at 75+%#.
Printing is fast and quality is great for business documents #letters, pie charts, graphics# - I rarely print photo images so I cannot attest to this quality. Setup was easy with the directions and software. Works great with USB, Wi-Fi & ePrint. Duplex printing is quick - this flips and prints immediately where my old one I had to pause for the ink to start drying. The paper tray holds 500 sheets - open a ream of paper and put it in. It loads/prints quickly when you send the document to the printer and the pages per minute speed is fast. I tell my friends about how great this printer is and recommend this if you don't mind the upfront costs. I would have upgraded to the All In One #Fax, Scan, Copy, Print) if I needed these options based on the quality of this printer.
The only drawback, if any, is the larger than average footprint. I'll take this issue for the speed and quality that I get. I have had a few issues, but it was a matter of turning off the printer and having it restart and I was good to go.

ink toner produces many pages so not as expensive as it looks over time. I will check over time. Had inkjet prior for years and spent 90$ aprox for ink a few times a year . toner is more but more supoosed out put. Printer is fast, error free, hold 500 pages, etc! fast 2 sided print, 20 envelopes fly through, etc

HUGE problem with printing a Microsoft word document that consisted of a mail merge of envelopes. HP tech on line for HOURS, then his supervisor and they could not make it work. They accessed our computer and tried to do it themselves but failed.
