This printer is blazing fast and prints very nice photos. Closely looking at the letter sized photos you may discover one or two vertical lines that did not print well, but overall it is not bad quality. This is the second printer we bought. When the first ink cartridges ran out (after a year with moderate family use) we opted to buy another one instead buying the XL cartridges as it was on sale at Best Buy (costing a little less than the XL cartridges) and the previous one started to act a bit strange by making noises during the night (the printer "woke up") with no apparent reason. Also, the previous one sometimes just refused to print opening up the side door, but no paper came out. We could not figure out what went wrong or how to upgrade the firmware. It was very disappointing that once one of the color inks got empty the printer completely refused printing even in black only mode. We used different quality papers. The heavier the better. While it does a fantastic job with the photo or presentation papers the amount of ink soaks most regular papers. Laser may be better for those jobs where you have color backgrounds and you don't use photo papers. When compared to the old one we noticed that this new printer came with a different SW and UI when you connect to it adjusting the settings via a web browser. Overall we like this printer. It prints large documents fast in the home office. Kids can print their Disney coloring pages with the touch screen and prints nice photos on photo papers. If it lasts longer than the previous one without making strange noises or refusing to print we may invest into the XL cartridges that should last 3-5 years for us.

This printer prints extremely fast and high quality documents. I wish it had a scan and a copy option however.

Purchased this inkjet instead of a laser jet at a much lower price. Prints as well as laser jet!

it was advertised as a laser but actually uses cartridges like an inkjet. It works extremely fast and duplex printing works great as well. Haven't noticed any lag. I've printed a semester worth of papers (probably 400 pages) and haven't even moved the ink level. Color looks great as well. Would definitely buy this one again!

I am happy with my purchase. I am impressed with all of th features it offers. I also like the Bluetooth capabilities.

I wanted a printer scanner fax this was not so I returned it to the store. i had purchased because of the very cost effective price per page for high volume printing. May buy the P,S F version in the future

Purchased to replace an old color laser. Print speed was very fast, but quality was only average. Returned it and purchased a new color laser.
