This laptop is almost a great buy. I had an issue where the trackpad would lag and stop working every few minutes. Too often to get work done. The only fix would be disabling and reenabling the trackpad via the button at the top of the keyboard. Would be fine if it didn't happen as often as it did. The omen software often gave errors unless manually ran in administrator mode, which is not ideal seeing as the button on the keyboard does not launch in administrator. The only fix for that would be to manually set the software to run in administrator every run, not ideal. The last issue I have had with this "gaming" laptop would be that after a half hour to an hour of gaming my frame rate would drop and remain at 30 fps until I restarted the laptop. Again not ideal for its pricing, screen refresh rate and especially not ideal for the graphic driver within the laptop. For further attempts of fixing, I did update windows and both the trackpad and graphics drivers as well as monitored the laptops temperatures, the attempts did not solve the issue

Overall great experience. The only concern that I had was that the RXT 3050 Ti was not being used. I looked up online to figure out how to solve this problem, but I could not find a solution. I had to figure it out myself. I had to open NVIDIA's control panel to manually selected the preferred GPU. In other occasions, you would have to go into settings to change the preferred GPU depending on the application (game). Other than that, it's a great buy. My only concern is that some people might not notice that they are not taking full advantage of the NVIDIA GeForce RXT 3050 ti.

Very good. I've owned for 2 years and have had zero problems/issues.

In general it is fast. I use it for rendering and despite this, the battery lasts long enough, more than 2.5 hours, the screen is good. The only problem that I have found so far is that it gets very hot and I have to have it on a stand. After checking many options I decided for this computer and I don't regret it. At the moment I bought it, it had discount, so was cheaper than other options.

Great performance but battery life is very low. Expected for a gaming laptop but becareful if you’re looking to use it for work or school.

Great budget gaming laptop has ran everything I through at it would highly recommend.

Nice features. Not enough memory. Had to buy an other SSD. Mousepad doesn't work properly after an year.

My son loves his gaming laptop. It's been a few years now and not one complaint.

Its honestly one of the best laptops ive had it can play heavy games that take a high frame rate

Decent power and good screen size. RBG keyboard looks great. No number pad though. Good entry level gaming laptop.

Great laptop at a discount, however, I’ve had it for 5 days and the trackpad started lagging same as the other reviews. Quick bypass with an extra mouse.

Wickedly fast, beautiful graphics. I use it with 2 26” monitors and a keyboard, so I can’t speak to the laptop keyboard, but I love the computer.

I guess this is my own fault, since I somehow thought, or perhaps I assumed I'd have a 30 day return time like most things. I was going to return it and get a desktop instead. Probably liquid cooled & more expensive. The reason I bought this was to play a graphic intense game; Ark:Survivor Evolved. I wouldn't normally buy a new computer for one game. I just thought if my laptop could not maintain it's temperature with this game, it's highly unlikely I could download any new game and successfully play it. My laptop must be outdated. The only thing this laptop has that my previous laptop was shy on is a slightly better graphics card, which I was told would not overheat playing this game. I heard the "red flag" later in the conversation and let it go. After saying it would not overheat, he said any computer was going to overheat ... blah blah blah. I heard it. I even asked why I was considering buying a new laptop if it was still going to overheat. He backpaddled. I recognized it and did not pay it appropriate head. :( Now I have a $900+ laptop that is essentially the same as the one I had (the one I'm on now, in fact). And I cannot put anything on the new one except for that game because the hard drive is no bigger. It freezes like this one. The game crashes when it overheats like this one. I'm just throwing money out my moving car window to see the pile-up behind me. (Wow! That's very dark, especially for me!) Note that I'm not recommending this laptop. It is not a bad laptop for Excel and Word... Just for ARK: Survivor Evolved. It's too small for anything ARK sized.

Still working months later and doing great battery life is also pretty nice when not fully gaming.

Bought for grandson and he loves it. Speed and graphics are great. Ideal for him to play his games where he goes
