Before warranty ended, I called HP support several times. They changed some parts but did not solve issue. I lost money on this. DO NOT BUY. I ended up buying a new MSI laptop.

I had total tech (highly recommend) and gave me 60 days to return and of course RIGHT after I mean following week Started with disconnecting from my Wifi when every other electronic i have was fine on it, left bottom of track pad sunk in and i don't even play crazy games, track pad stops responding, no way to move cursor, have to reboot to have everything work again but it happened more than once or twice within short time frame. sent out to manufacturer through geeksquad and they couldn't fix the problem so i was refunded and put towards a new brand of laptop. great price n all, but save yourself from a headache!

Not worth the money spent

Alt Tab randomly stops working. Which forces me to restart the computer if I need to use that shortcut. Windows button also almost never works

Store rep took the spec we needed and matched us with a great option and value. You can't beat visiting a store and talk in-person.

I thought it may just be an odd off occurrence, but after reading the other reviews it looks like this is a common issue. Will be returning it.

Laptop Issues

HP replaced the mainboard and redid the BIOS, but the touchpad doesn't work! The mousepad works very sporadically, I have been through two HP managers and I'm currently on my 6th case with them. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
