Great deal for a PC, had to upgrade the RAM, but otherwise it has handled all of my gaming and video production needs.

It has good graphics for playing video games. I played an older video game and I set the graphics at the highest level and it was the best experience I’ve had playing that game.

We purchased this as an open box, and I was very skeptical of doing so, as you never knowing what you are getting, but our sales associate did an awesome job of walking us through the spec and even could provide some insight to make sure this PC could do exactly what we needed to, as the programming we wanted doesn't work on all computers. Overall, an awesome experience & we are very happy with our purchase. We have went as far as bringing in several of our friends and helping them through the purchase process of the same PC, so the boys can all game together. Thanks to the awesome associate and all of the Elizabethtown Best Buy Team :)

I bought this PC well over a month ago and I am absolutely still in love with it! The price point was amazing for the quality of the product. All my games run in the highest quality and I haven't had one issue! If I could buy another one right now, I totally would!

Great starter PC for gaming. Although the motherboard isn’t great, it gets the job done at 1080p getting above 120 frames in Call of duty.

Works as intended. Cant complain. I game on it every day.

I got it on sale, otherwise I don't think it is any kind of value at 1200+. The first one I received would not even power on. I received a replacement and it has been ok. It will run new games at near max settings, but it is going to get hot. There have been other little bugs and whatnot as well. Overall I expected less headache from a pre built, but I have already had a lot of problems.

I’ve had this for a little over a year and a perfect pc that can run anything at high graphics and performance this is a must buy.

For the price, it's a solid gaming machine. Able to run most games at High/Ultra. Only thing I'd change is the amount of RAM.

I had a old pc that sucked a decent laptop i am glad about the way the pc works and can’t wait to test more and more in the future

I love my pc.. I’ve had it a little over a yr I mod games and everything works just fine.. haven’t had to update anything yet

This PC has been perfect and has never failed me. I wiuld recommend this PC for anyone.

Runs very smoothly and quickly. Omen has some apps to optimize for gaming. The top facing USB ports are great so I don't bump into things that are plugged into when I walk past. The lights are customizable.

The packaging of the pc was really good but there was no protection inside the pc. Great overall for beginners. I would recommend it for new pc users. If they do not want to handle and the stress on building a pc. I would recommend upgrading the cpu cooler for an aio or a bigger air cooler. The bloatware was not bad but definitely needs work.

Really good pc on low settings you averge 200+ fps easily. Pc gets a little loud when running ray tracing and max settings

runs amazing, does every game i need at 60fps or close to. itncould ise some better fans but thats an easy fix
