Great monitor for the price…would definitely recommend

Bought as a Christmas gift for my son was originally looking at the samsung but this was perfect bigger than expected snd great picture my son loves it

Bought for my work from home setup. Replaced my dual monitors and won’t go back. The ease of having everything on one screen and not having the black bars between has been game changing.

I really wanted to love this but is not what I expected. Granted I am not using it for gaming, purchased as a second monitor for wok, I just don't like how stretched out the tabs are. It is great for having multiple tabs open but really hard to use for the level of tasks I was hoping to use it for.

The Monitor is nice, however my only complaints would involve the monitor having a dead pixel on the left side of the screen a week into use. Then the monitor does support 165hz for DP, but for HDMI can only go to 100hz. Still really nice for productivity and helps to avoid twisting your head back and forward to look at two different monitors.

I bought this used when i got my first ever pc a few months ago and othet than a few scratches which is to be exspected it has worked great and i would recomend it to a friend.

The HP OMEN 34c QHD Curved Gaming Monitor is the first curved gaming monitor I've used, and it really is a game changer, far more than I ever expected. I always thought they were some sort of gimmick. First of all, out of the box, you have everything that you need to get set up. The power cord and a display port to display port cabe are included. Putting the monitor together is really easy, lay it down, slide the decorative panel over the arm of the mount, clip the arm in place, clip in the decorative cover and then attach the base. A simple screw with a little handle on it, rotate it and the base is solid. You have control over the height and angle forward or backwards, but not left to right, you actually have to move the base to move it left or right, there is no swivel in that direction. Turning on the monitor, it automatically looks for an input, initially with a large 'OMEN' on the screen, and then looks for a source. Talking of branding, you don't see the HP logo on the front of the monitor at all. In fact looking over it, you don't initially see a HP logo at all, it is branded 'OMEN'. I was really impressed with the picture quality from this morning right out the gate, but after using the controls on the right hand side on the back of the monitor, I was able to dial in the color to my liking. Connecting to your preferred source, you have two HDMI connections and a Display Port connection, and also a headphone jack on the underside of the monitor. Once connected, there is a little 'U-shaped' piece of plastic that clips into the stand for cable management purposes. Diving in to Grand Theft Auto right away, I was really impressed with all of the detail and clarity from the monitor. I felt like I was seeing more details that I have previously, and I've been gaming on a 100" projector for the past 7 years. The quality and detail on this 34" widescreen monitor were fantastic! The HDR from the 3440x1440 WQHD (Wide Quad High Definition) display really shines, and the fast 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time means that you have uninterrupted motion while gaming. Multiplayer in Call of Duty, I had no lag at all, especially compared to my previously mentioned projector, making the gaming experience a lot more engaging. And the curved screen made it even more immersive as well. There are integrated speakers in the monitor, but they are nothing to write home about, but you will more than likely have a decent headset on so that you can chat with your mates online, so it isn't much of an issue at all. In the week or so that I've had this HP OMEN Curved Gaming Monitor, I have been thoroughly impressed with is vibrance, color range and immersive experience. I can't find fault with the monitor at all and would highly recommend this to friends and family. Love it!

Really good monitor, have had it a couple months now and no issues and no dead pixels so far. and it comes with built in crossairs in the menu!!

This is my first curved ultra wide, and I bought it on sale. So far this is very nice, colors are nice, it’s not too wide so I don’t need to move my head a lot.

Great picture quality. Some flicker here and there while gaming but nothing major.

I would say it's awesome: great picture, nice size. However, the screen randomly goes black. I haven't figured out why yet, but I've only had it a few months. The monitor's power light stays on, as do the computer, mouse, speakers, etc. I have to turn the monitor off and on again to get the screen back. For this, I'm giving ease of use 1 since I have to futz with it every other day.

Very classy looking. I love how you can adjust the height simply by raising or lowering it. I often have to have two windows open, so this is replacing my two 27" monitors. I love how Windows has the icon in the upper-right corner that easily allows me to switch to two windows or even more.

No issues, got on sale, extra screen real estate on 1 monitor is better than 2 monitors.
