pretty good pc. runs a little warm but never above 74C.

with the prices of PC parts, this pre build one worked out great , the design of the case is very pretty

Had to return because when it went to sleep it would not wake up. There is no reset button so the only way to get it to wake up was to unplug and plug back in! Ridiculous! No card reader either so I had to purchase a USB one and found out USB ports don’t work…. HP support is nonexistent. Best to steer clear of this one.

The computer as long as I've got a bum mouse (don't know it won't pick up on bluetooth) seems to work pretty well for what it is. However, the support from HP sucks! I put in my serial number and they said (automated system) that it doesn't exist! did it twice using the ctrl+alt+s that give you the system number and serial number. So I'm left not knowing if the mouse is bad or the system. It looks nice, its a clean build however they don't back it.

Great bang for your buck when found on sale. This is my 2nd OMEN prebuild.

I love the design of the tower. My son uses it constantly and the functions perfectly.

Let me save you time and just say, whatever you do, make sure you do NOT buy this PC. I have had nothing but absolute problems from day one. Every game that I have played stutters really bad. I have tried everything In my power to fix it. Different driver updates for the GPU and chipset or no driver updates at all. Changing system settings such as high performance modes and actual game files or even changing admins of files to my name such as game bar. I've reset the PC three times due to the PC crashing and shutting down when opening any browser. I also can't go on without mention the atrocious bloatware that HP will happily provide you that runs right in the background that you cannot remove whatsoever. I have had PCs from 2010 that ran significantly better than this pile of absolute time waster. Not only after all of this, I have to drive and hour to return it to best buy because they won't give me a shipping label. Awesome. I will never buy a pre build ever again.

would not buy at full price, just build your own in this economy

after 3 weeks of use CPU tems were high because this pc comes with no thermal paste and graphics card keep crashing because the graphics card quality is bad
