very good. keeps my ears cool. after 1 1/2 use, the right ear cuff fell out and the mic went static.

Great sound but the cooling doesn’t seem to reach my ears but if you feel inside it does get cold

** The Good ** - The cooling actually works and isn't just a silly gimmick - Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time - Good sound quality - Good mic quality - Solid construction - Customizable RGB ** The Bad ** - I wish the cable was longer - While inside the cups stays cool, the outside gets quite warm Compared to most other devices, it's very hard to stand out from the competition in the world of headphones, especially gaming headphones. That's where HP comes in with their new OMEN Mindframe headphones. What sets the Mindframe apart from all other headphones is that they will keep your ears nice and cool during long gaming periods (it's especially helpful during the summer). It's not just a silly gimmick either, it actually works quite well! The only downside to this feature is that the outside of the earcups are very warm (not quite hot) to the touch. Keeping your ears cool during long gaming sessions is great, but what's the point of headphones if they don't sound good? Well, thankfully that's not an issue here. The Mindframe headphones sound very good while playing games, especially if you enable Windows Sonic. All in-game sound effects sound loud and clear (nice for keeping an ear out for footsteps). Outside of gaming, such as listening to music or watching movies, the Mindframe headphones are pretty good. Whenever I use the microphone, my friends have told me that the quality is decent and clear. If you don't use the mic too often, you can just flip it upwards and it's 100% out of the way for normal usage. There's a red LED at the end of the mic to let you know it's not on. Speaking of LEDs, the HP OMEN LED logo on the earcups is customizable. You can set them to whatever color or pattern you want. Personally, I'm not a fan of RGB on headphones (since I can't see them when I'm actually using the headphones), but I know some people out there want "RGB ALL THE THINGS!" If I had to complain about the Mindframe headphones, is that the USB cable feels smaller compared to other gaming headsets I've owned in the past. The cable length is about 6', which isn't bad, but it's something to consider depending on your desk layout. ** Bottom Line ** The OMEN Mindframe headphones are awesome! - They're very comfortable to wear for long periods of time (even with glasses). - The ear cooling feature not only works, but works quite well. - Sound quality is quite good, especially when paired with Windows Sonic.

Just got this it's nice to not have sweety ears when gaming, audio quality is good, mic could be better but still does the job.

I bought this after several careful searches, works great but the mic already broke and it’s been 6 months, I rarely use it cuz I’m always working as well, so if you need mic a lot than I highly recommend using another option

This headset is pretty amazing. At first, I was worried about them as they are a bit heavier than others out there but the fit and comfort is surprisingly nice considering how much they weigh. Comfort-wise these are among the most comfortable I've ever tried and because they are cooled there's no sweating! You can turn the cooling feature off with the software and even adjust how much they cool inside the software/app. The ear cups are soft and the headset auto adjusts so that it sits comfortably. The ear cups do a good job cutting the outside noise out as well. For the software, the headset plugs in to a USB port and installs drivers automatically in Windows 10. The software from the Microsoft Store is also easy to install though is not required and simply lets you control the cooling function along with the color of the LED's on the headset. For sound quality, these are amazing. Nice full deep bass and crisp clear highs with full sounding mid range. For most people these will sound nicely and have enough volume to satisfy most. The microphone flips down and is easily muted when you flip it up (which is also acknowledged with an audible beep so you can tell when it's muted / un-muted). The LEDs are cool and you can change them to just about any color you want as a solid color, set them to react to the audio or turn the off. I would like to see a bit more customization here or some kind of integration with other LED gaming products though that's not likely as each brand tends to only work with it's own in that way. In all, these are superb and I'd definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a good PC gaming headset!

This is a great looking headset overall and I like that you can customize the lighting.

Wish the cooling system could be better. It does feel cold, and prevents sweating and drenching your ear cups. It works as intended. I find myself constantly adjusting microphone sensitivity with HP Omen's APP.
