The clerk helping me make my decision was patient and knowledgeable. My daughter and I started shopping with Best Buy approximately 15 years ago and have never been sorry. I am truly happy.

Recently purchased to replace a Dell laptop from 2016. This HP is a great laptop. I love the fingerprint scanning and it’s big enough to be able to see but small enough to be portable.

It was bought for work purposes and has held up nicely. I was not sure if i wanted to go HP but after careful review I am glad i did.

I'm transferring items from my old laptop. It seems to be going very smoothly and easy. I like the large touch screen. It was a great price for all that you get with this.
