I replaced my dying 360 with a modest model. Set up was easy and the fingerprint sensor is much better placed than my previous laptop. Keyboard is very usable, and attaching all of my printers, scanners and Bluetooth tools were a snap. It came with a USB-C charger, but has a port for a designated charger, which is great, but seems strange to do. A value at a price for somone who just does word processing and simple browsing

Bought for my 88yr old dad to replace a very old laptop. He has been pleased with it so far. No gaming for him so can't comment on that but for his every day use it has been great. Love it has USB C charging as well.

so far it's working good. Does everything I need, for good price. Came with different power cord that doesn't plug in to the power port. think it's faster charge?

Works great! Got this for a grandma in the family. Nice big screen. And big keyboard keys so she can see!

Great service at Arlington Heights location. Higjly recommend that whole team. HP computer is excellent. Very fast, like all the features so far. Quock to sutes, battery lasts long. Up to two days depending on daily usage. The colors and display are vibrant! Will by another HP when needed.

I love my new HP. The versatility of using the touchpad as you would normally do, with the ability to touch the screen and scroll (for example) like an iPad or tablet is wonderful. Size of the laptop and screen are great and easy to type on.

Was deciding between this specific laptop and a Dell. Purchased this HP laptop on sale. First one purchased at the Brookfield, WI location, the screen was defective. Went to the Wauwatosa, WI for the replacement. Service was definitely and noticeably better at the Wauwatosa, WI location. Laptop so far so good, especially given the sale price. Would not have purchased this specific HP laptop otherwise. Side note…the Brookfield, WI location needs to brighten their parking lot lighting…very dark.

My experience buying my first laptop was great and easy...t the sales rep at this best buy was very nice and helpful and he went through all the steps about what i was getting with all the warranty, price and everything else. 5 stars!!
