Really loving this laptop and what comes with it. It was bought for work purposes and has held up nicely. I was not sure if i wanted to go HP but after careful review I am glad i did.

This laptop performs pretty well no lacking when operating and opening apps, it comes with AI chip which is more advance than regular processor chips. Bought this on sale for $400 during Black Friday and cyber Monday sale. Highly recommend this laptop

At 62 years old I really wanted a a MacBook. But life dictated that I get something I’m more familiar with. It works well for everyday computing needs. Not a powerhouse but general use. Nice large display. Light plastic case. Keyboard has the numeric keypad on the right which I prefer over using the number keys across the top. I don’t understand why they provide a usb-c charger and also include a separate barrel type power port. The laptop only has 1 usb-c port and charging will use that port with the included power adapter.

My early impression is positive. The processor is fast and can handle multiple open applications. So far I am pleased with this HP laptop.

Have a good laptop that serves me good. I have good speed into. no delays or freezes.

A nice, smoothly operating computer. Perfect for my uses........ spreadsheets, e-mail and on-line access.

Purchased this for school, and the IT department said, "I have a good computer."

Great work laptop. We do not do heavy processing or any thing out of the normal spreadsheets, emails, etc. This is a great value for what we need.

I purchased my HP OmniBook-3 at Best Buy in Boynton Beach, Florida in January of 2026 after the Geek Squad determined that my old Dell laptop was irreparable. That day there was an HP representative visiting the store and he helped me pick out my new computer.I have been very pleased with the product and the way it functions.

For the past 13 years I have gone to Staples. In November I went to Staples to buy a new computer and did not like the service that I was given. I left the store and went to Best Buy. At Best Buy an associate waited on me and I told them what I was looking for. They actually suggested a different computer in the same price range and I bought it. They helped me with everything that I was going to need for software and support. Two days later, my computer was ready and I met with someone from the Geek Squad and he went through everything I needed to know. I would highly suggest buying a computer from Best Buy.

My laptop is wonderful. Only one thing now I need a new printer.

I replaced my dying 360 with a modest model. Set up was easy and the fingerprint sensor is much better placed than my previous laptop. Keyboard is very usable, and attaching all of my printers, scanners and Bluetooth tools were a snap. It came with a USB-C charger, but has a port for a designated charger, which is great, but seems strange to do. A value at a price for somone who just does word processing and simple browsing

Bought for my 88yr old dad to replace a very old laptop. He has been pleased with it so far. No gaming for him so can't comment on that but for his every day use it has been great. Love it has USB C charging as well.

so far it's working good. Does everything I need, for good price. Came with different power cord that doesn't plug in to the power port. think it's faster charge?

Works great! Got this for a grandma in the family. Nice big screen. And big keyboard keys so she can see!
