I never got it, and best buy refused to help me with the issue after telling them i didn’t receive it i paid for it and even told them i called the police and called them and messaged the contact support numerous times

After putting the OmniBook 5 Flip through its paces for about a month, I’m genuinely impressed. The vibrant, touchscreen and the 360° hinge deliver intuitive and flexible usability—whether I’m drafting emails, sketching ideas, or flipping into tablet mode, the experience remains fluid and enjoyable and comfortable. For someone who types a lot (my job and school’s note-taking don’t give me much choice), the keyboard and trackpad combo are a delight—comfortable, precise, and inviting for long-form typing. I’m equally pleased with the port selection which give me the flexibility to plug in external monitors and headsets. Video calls shine in quality, too—the built-in camera and speakers feel solid enough for everyday meetings. I am so unhappy with this computer i could cry. IT DOESN'T have any features and runs microsoft bing, messages telling me i need to pay for more storage.

My daughter booked this Laptop for pickup at the 86th Street store. We got the affirmation within an hour, and we went there and took delivery. Everything happened very smoothly. Our experience at Best Buy store was very good. HP laptop is working very nice I am fully satisfied.

My opinion is baised because I only buy HP when it comes to computers and printers. I purchased this computer for my son and so far he loves it.

Great display and fast processing. Its a good laptop for work/school and if you want something with a great performance but for a moderate price.

This laptop is the first in a new generation of HP laptops and has many nice features that make it a top-tier instrument. But like other newly introduced instruments, it possesses a flaw or two that keeps it from being a five-star choice. I’m a writer and spend much of my time in Word and other pure word processing programs. I often need to go the beginning or end of a document using the traditional Ctrl+Home or Ctrl+End key combinations. For whatever reason HP decided to integrate the Home and End keys into to move one character right/move one character left arrow navigation keys. And consequently, Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End do not work. I’ve attempted different key combinations, and none work (Fn+Home/Fn+End work in web age documents but not in Word). This appears to be key mapping issue and I’m sure HP will eventually find a fix. As a work around, using select all (Ctrl+A) then pressing the Home or End keys works instead. That said, outside of this one issue the OmniBook 5 Flip is an amazing machine and I highly recommend it.

I cancelled this order. I purchased the computer at the end of January and was told it would be delivered a week later. There were no updates made until the day it was supposed to be delivered saying it would be delayed and shipped between that Tuesday and Friday. Friday came and there were still no updates. If I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have known that this computer had low stock and they were waiting on shipments. I wished that was communicated so that I could either buy another computer or just know what’s happening since I needed the computer for school
