Build quality is very nice for a mid-range laptop. Absolutely love the keyboard-typing is a dream. Trackpad is a bit sensitive but I use a mouse often anyway. Screen definitely looks nice especially for something that isn’t OLED. Set up was easy and speeds for various tasks so far seem to be good. Battery life is sufficient and charging is quick. Lots of ports for everything I need but they do tend to hold onto anything I put in with a death grip. Occasional glitches on edge but it could be a browser issue rather than the machine itself. Overall for someone who doesn’t need a laptop for anything fancy this machine has been great.

Overall satisfied with this laptop. The battery is fantastic, and speakers are decent for a budget laptop. I am using it as mostly a .pdf and multi-tab web browser. Occasionally I will hook it up to my TV for a website based viewing experience. Which is why i give this a 4 star, if it hasn't had the hdmi engaged in a while, nothing short of physically removing it from the laptop and reinserting it will get it to send signal again.

It’s not flawless: brightness tops at around 300 nits, which struggles outdoors; integrated graphics mean it isn’t built for gaming or heavy video rendering; and the hinge has a little flex in tablet mode. Still, those are trade-offs that make sense at this price. Overall, this laptop is perfect for students, professionals, and travelers who want one device that works as a laptop, tablet, and entertainment hub. It may not satisfy gamers or creators needing top-tier performance, but for most users, it’s a stylish, reliable, and versatile everyday machine—and a great value.

Fast, easy to use. Geek squad set me up great.My 12year old HP finally gave out. Didn’t need a huge or extensive laptop for my occasional use. I’m not concerned with media card, but if you are then this machine doesn’t read one.

This laptop is perfect for me, a casual user for internet shopping, research, banking, email, YouTube, etc. The combination of the touch screen and the ability to flip the screen around to use like a tablet is great. Great colors, blazing speed!

It's fast and fairly light for its size. The screen is bright and clear. Based upon the Intel core 7 and the 16G of ram, I felt the price was reasonable. I'm happy with the purchase.

I got this for my grand- daughter for college. She did all the research and decided this computer was perfect for her. It has everything she thought she would need. She says she loves it, it's fast and light. Just the right size to carry to class and begin a new year at school.

Perfect size for travel. Great battery life. Also, the keyboard feels right....sometimes that's not always the case.

I do love it. I had to upgraded because i had a mac pro 2013. Really old one. It gave away. Time to replace it. This is fast and very beautiful to work with it.

The Glacier Silver finish looks incredibly premium and sleek, and it’s lightweight enough to carry around campus or to coffee shops without weighing down my bag. ​The performance is snappy thanks to the Intel Core 7 Series 1 processor and 16GB of RAM. I can have multiple tabs open for research while streaming music, and it never stutters. The 14" 2K touch screen is stunning—colors are vibrant and text is crisp, which makes editing photos and watching movies a joy. The 512GB SSD is plenty of space for all my files, and the boot-up time is lightning fast. ​My favorite feature has to be the 360-degree hinge. Switching from typing up a report in laptop mode to flipping it over to watch Netflix in tent mode is seamless. If you’re on the fence about getting a 2-in-1, this is the one to get. Highly recommend!
