This pc did exactly what I wanted it to do. It livestreamed Back to the Beginning flawlessly. The only 3 small glitches were on their end. Millions of people watched Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne play their last show live around the world. That was the whole reason for buying this laptop. Then I flipped the screen around and used it like a tablet. I went a little over my budget, so I love it a little too much.

Coming off 10 years of reliable usage with my sleek HP Spectre x360, (which I only kicked to the curb because of the Windows 11 change.) The Omnibook is not quite as slim a profile but it has softer edges and is a bit narrower. As is the touch pad. With my old Spectre, the heel of my hand would inadvertently brush the touch pad and I'd jump the cursor or lose entire blocks of text when writing. Not so with this Omnibook. However, with this in tablet mode sitting on my lap, I keep losing the screen I'm on. I think it's because the pages go right to the edge of the screen and something brushes the corner of a window? So I'm still trying to figure out how to use it in Tablet mode successfully, which I mainly use to read long articles. It's always something, no matter how much I researched machines.

The HP OmniBook 5 Flip has been an outstanding laptop for both productivity and entertainment. The 2K touch-screen display is crisp and vibrant, making multitasking and streaming a pleasure. Speed is excellent—apps launch quickly, and the Intel Core 7 with 16GB memory handles heavy workloads without slowing down. Battery life has been impressive, lasting through long study sessions and workdays without needing constant charging. The 2-in-1 flip design adds versatility, letting me switch easily between laptop and tablet mode. Overall, this device combines performance, portability, and premium design, making it a great investment.

I was forced to buy a new laptop before traveling. I needed to make progress on preparing a book for publication, and my old travel/backup laptop wouldn't support Windows 11. I'm still adjusting to the changes (some questionable) to Word, in particular. This laptop is also an 1" larger than my old one, but it still fits in my backpack, and on the tray table in planes. The price had considerably increased since my last purchase, which put a real dent in my travel plans, but I've been able to work on my book consistently since purchase, so overall, I'm pleased with the decision that was forced on me. This is the 3rd HP I've bought, and I've been very pleased with the previous two.

Very good system. My son is very happy, he is able to get all his school work done and this laptop facilitates all the speed and software for him to complete his class tasks.

I am an older, self-proclaimed non-techie. I don’t use the computer for much, mostly checking email and word processing. This laptop is soooo much quicker than my old one.

I’ve been using this laptop for a few weeks, and I really like it overall. The design looks premium, and the Glacier Silver color makes it feel elegant. The 2-in-1 flip feature is super useful — I can use it like a normal laptop for work or flip it into tablet mode for watching videos or taking notes.
The 2K touch screen is very sharp and bright. It’s great for movies, presentations, and online classes. The keyboard feels smooth to type on, and the battery life easily lasts a full day for normal use. It also runs quietly and doesn’t get too hot.
The performance is fast for daily work — browsing, Office, light design work, and multitasking. The Intel Core 7 processor, 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB SSD make everything run smooth most of the time.
However, I did notice that when I use mechanical engineering software (like CAD or simulation tools), it becomes a little slow. It’s fine for light modeling, but not for very heavy simulations or big projects.
Overall, this laptop is great for students and professionals who want a stylish, fast, and flexible machine for everyday tasks. It’s not a full workstation, but it gives excellent value for money and looks amazing doing it.

Well, we purchased this for our grandson who just graduated high school and will be heading off to college, so we thought he might like this one and it was a hit! He called us to say How amazing this was and all the other things that can be done on it verses the one he had in mind, So I think we did good to purchase it. Thanks to the help of the sales gentleman who was extremely helpful.

This is the most user-friendly laptop I have ever owned. I even like the software that came preloaded with it. I love how easy CoPilot is to use. It can be used as a tablet too. I love how the keyboard is light and perfectly spaced. If you want a really good laptop that can multi-task, powerful, thin, lightweight, quick, reliable, I completely recommend this one.

I use the laptop mainly for work (I'm a teacher), for general internet activities, for writing, and for photos. Features are as advertised, but I can give only a 4 star rating due to the touchy touchpad. It doesn't respond well. I often end up where I don't want to be and have to redo what I was trying to do. When searching online, for example, I click on what I typed, but end up at a website electronically stored underneath the search bar. Due to the constant starts and stops, things that went quickly on my last HP take much longer on this one. I much prefer the former laptop's touchpad with the two small bars at the bottom--they provided a much better control and response.
