The computer works really well and is fast. I mainly use this for work and can get things done a lot faster than my old computer. I would highly recommend this laptop.

Overall satisfied with this laptop. The battery is fantastic, and speakers are decent for a budget laptop. I am using it as mostly a .pdf and multi-tab web browser. Occasionally I will hook it up to my TV for a website based viewing experience. Which is why i give this a 4 star, if it hasn't had the hdmi engaged in a while, nothing short of physically removing it from the laptop and reinserting it will get it to send signal again.

Worth the upgrade from a Pavillion, much faster, sturdier, yet equally slim and easy to carry.

I love it! Performance is great. On top of that, the silent keyboard is a bonus. I went an entire day working and going to school and did not need to plug it in.

It’s not flawless: brightness tops at around 300 nits, which struggles outdoors; integrated graphics mean it isn’t built for gaming or heavy video rendering; and the hinge has a little flex in tablet mode. Still, those are trade-offs that make sense at this price. Overall, this laptop is perfect for students, professionals, and travelers who want one device that works as a laptop, tablet, and entertainment hub. It may not satisfy gamers or creators needing top-tier performance, but for most users, it’s a stylish, reliable, and versatile everyday machine—and a great value.

This laptop is really as described. It's quick, well constructed, long battery life, just a solid laptop for the price.

I was forced to buy a new laptop before traveling. I needed to make progress on preparing a book for publication, and my old travel/backup laptop wouldn't support Windows 11. I'm still adjusting to the changes (some questionable) to Word, in particular. This laptop is also an 1" larger than my old one, but it still fits in my backpack, and on the tray table in planes. The price had considerably increased since my last purchase, which put a real dent in my travel plans, but I've been able to work on my book consistently since purchase, so overall, I'm pleased with the decision that was forced on me. This is the 3rd HP I've bought, and I've been very pleased with the previous two.

I have purchased several laptop computers from Best Buy over the last 20+ years. In December, 2025 I went into the Best Buy Store in South St. Louis County where I have purchase all my previous computers. The customer representative for Best Buy was very patient with me. He listen to my needs and uses for a laptop. The representative realize that I did not need a more expensive computer I was considering purchasing. He directed me to select the HP - OmniBook 5 Flip 2-in1 14" 2K Touch-Screen Laptop, etc. which was priced about $300 + less than the computer I was considering. He said the more expensive computer was more than I needed. The representative said he was there to help customers select what they needed not sell the most expensive computer. My new HP - OmniBook 5... has exceeded all my expectations and more. I personally recommend anyone looking for a new laptop for basic business needs consider purchasing the HP- OmniBook 5 Flip 2-in-1. The personal objective assistance with Best Buy is why I have purchased many computers from them. There customer service is fantastic. Also, be sure to sign up for the Geek Squad services. I did. It save my marriage.

So far I am very pleased with the HP OmniBook 5 Flip 2-in1 Laptop. I love the size and the flip position for some tasks and uses. It is also lighter weight than previous laptops I have had.

This laptop is perfect for me, a casual user for internet shopping, research, banking, email, YouTube, etc. The combination of the touch screen and the ability to flip the screen around to use like a tablet is great. Great colors, blazing speed!

I got this for my grand- daughter for college. She did all the research and decided this computer was perfect for her. It has everything she thought she would need. She says she loves it, it's fast and light. Just the right size to carry to class and begin a new year at school.

This is a good PC. Processing is quick, screen is great. I WFH and it handles everything i need it to.

It's fast and fairly light for its size. The screen is bright and clear. Based upon the Intel core 7 and the 16G of ram, I felt the price was reasonable. I'm happy with the purchase.

The purchase is everything i needed for my small business needs. the touch screen makes using programs easier. it holds the charge longer than expected.
