This was an incredibly good buy on sale. I love the large screen, great storage, and large backlit keypad. I mostly do word processing and surf the web. Watching videos is crisp and clear. The high def camera is nice for when I do podcasts or zoom calls. I mainly use it in a bright room with lots of windows and the screen is quite reflective so I purchased a magnetic matte finish filter and it works great.

Love the size screen, very fast and very useful for school

Have only had this a little while but am extremely pleased. It boots quickly, the display is crystal clear. The metal case is great; my last computer had a "hard plastic" case and the long hinge across the bottom of the screen. The hinge came loose, the case cracked at the edge of the disk drive and the keyboard raised up out of the case. Needless to say that won't happen with the aluminum case and two metal in board hinges. This computer was made to last!

Great unit, very quick and easy to setup. Geek squad transferred data from my old computer and everything went well. Touchscreen option is nice.

The overall performance, speed and flexibility of this Laptop is out of this world! If I can give it 100 stars I will!

Excellent laptop for school great battery life ease of use

This laptop may not be the most expensive and best quality laptop on the market, but you get a lot of usability and features for the price point. The ability to flip the keyboard, turn the laptop side ways, use touch screen, or connect mouse and keyboard without sacrificing material integrity is well worth the purchase.

Pleasant to use the LED screen, Very clear and crisp, Has all the features I need for casual use at home, The keyboard doesn't have the numbers on the side and keys are bigger than I am use to using, Taking a while to get use to keyboard, Other than that I have no complaints, Minimal need to use since I bought it a month ago. Best Buy was great in getting it set up for me; transferring all data; as well as reinstalling some apps; and answering my questions,

I bought this brand for my grandson. He loves the fact that it flips. The flip mechanism is very sturdy. The keys were nicely spaced and not crowded like on a 14 inch. It was light and easy to carry. He has had it for over 3 months and has not mentioned any negatives about it at all. He is taking it to college.

Great product, it does everything that I need for it to do. Graphics are great and enough gb to run all my work apps.

Easy to use and fast display is clear and bright. Laptop is slim and very portable

My old computer ended up to be non-repairable when we had Geek Squad look at it. Was happy that all my files were saved and transferred to the new computer. It seems to have everything that I need and the turn around was fast. Best of all it was on sale for 1/2 price.

I have been very pleased with everything connected to my recent purchase of a laptop, separate computer screen and new keyboard too. The Geek Square person who came out yesterday, (Greg) Dinert) was both knowledgeable and very pleasant. I wasn't embarrassed to ask probably simple questions about operation of my new "toys". On his advice I did attempt to return a couple of items that were not necessary, for my new set up. One item I receivd a credit for but the other (Microsoft car valued at $149.99) I was told could not be credited back to me since I already had Microsoft on my equipment. Iwas told to keeit for next year when I would need to pay for Microsoft again. I called Geek Squad and managed to have that all taken care of..... so everything is A-OK now (I hope!). Will take just a little time to get used to using the new equipment. Thank you!

Haven’t had any issues works fast. Has enough space like that it has face recognition. Fast charge is wonderful
