Computer is excellent for school work and for minor work

Excellent computer. This is an upgrade from the computer that I had for years before. I hope this one last as long l.

It’s a good laptop, it has a backlit keyboard, a glass ips touchscreen, etc etc. One main caveat with it is that even though there is 16gb of ram, the onboard NPU reserves about 6-7gb of RAM. There aren’t many apps as of yet for windows to use the NPU so it’s wasted performance as of now. You can disable the NPU in the device manager to recover your lost RAM. Then also with the usual hp bloatware. If you can remove or deal with all that it’s a pretty solid laptop for $600

Great product! Easy to set up and easy to use. Got this for a high schooler and it is perfect for his online classes, projects and assignments, and collaborating with other students. We have always bought HP because they are consistently good.

Very strong and snappy machine. Definitely recommend if you’re in need for a fast and reliable laptop.

Super fast boot up. Great speed. Great graphics. Great added ports. 16 gigs of RAM. 500 gig hard drive.

Purchased this HP Laptop a a gift for my daughter for school and she loves it. The price for the 14 inch laptop is more expensive then the price for the larger 15 inch screen version, but my daughter really likes the small size, which makes it easier for her to transport.

Purchase was easy and setup was just as simple! This computer will do what I need it to do. Not the most high-powered computer, but it is good enough for my documents and spreadsheets. I haven't tried to use it as a tablet yet.

Purchased this laptop a couple months ago and its been great. Its fast and does the job. very happy with it.

Enjoying the standard keyboard (without the number pad on the side). I'm liking the touchscreen more than I thought I would since it's not a feature I was necessarily looking for. The cursor is sometimes difficult to place/locate, so being able to touch right where I want it is nice. That's the only reason it's not 5 stars. I'd give it a solid 4-4.5 though. Charge also doesn't last a full day when on video calls and such.

Good laptop for daily activities and school, only problems are the ocassional heating. Good looking screen and battery.

Runs fast, sleek design. I have had it for couple weeks now and I couldn't be happier.

The computer is great. The service was outstanding. Luke and Max were knowledgeable, kind, service oriented and it was a great experience.

May come back and review later, but, SO FAR SO GOOD. Nice size, nice convertible feature that's not too stiff or loose. Overall, can't complain thus far. HP has always been solid, and this machine, so far, is no exception.

Great Laptop for college, very smooth and looks great only problem I have had is the volume for the speakers are low but overall the laptop is amazing!

This laptop is fantastic. It has Face ID, folds to be used like a tablet, and is lightweight. Its sleek design is perfect for my backpack and classroom use. I absolutely love it! 10/10 highly recommend

Good specs for a low/mid range laptop that will be dedicated for high school use. I bought it for around 550, and I probably wouldn't pay a ton more for it, but for that price it's a really good machine. It's not flashy, but it seems sturdy and reliable.

Compact laptop for ease of carrying around. Fast processor. Keyboard is little noisy.

Love the flexibility to be able to switch from laptop to tablet. Battery life has been better than average. Easily handles multi-tasking (browsing, stock charting/trading, streaming video).
