I love it, I didnt want touch screen, but, really liking it, its quick, stays in online, light weight, I like it

I use it plugged in 95% of the time and the battery health/smart charging setting makes me feel like I'm not damaging the battery be keeping it plugged in most of the time. I also have an external monitor connected and it operates flawlessly through sleep/wake cycles. The laptop is plenty fast for normal tasks but I couldn't speak on anything processor intensive. The screen is a bit reflective but slight changes to the angle resolves that enough.

Enjoying this computer for its speed and long battery life.

Have been using this laptop for 2 weeks now. Pros - very good display, solid build quality, keyboard decent (read a lot of reviews about keyboard being bad, I disagree), decent audio Cons - sometimes you feel the laptop lagging, especially when you resume from sleep, performance feels on a lighter side All in all if you are not a power user (which I am not) this is a very good laptop, given the price. Heavy users can give this a skip and go for Ryzen 7 350/Core 7 ultra with higher RAM

Great laptop and easy to work, light, sound very good.

I bought this for college as a graphic design student and it holds up very well with all of the adobe programs that I have used. The added bonus of being able to do my sketches right on my laptop is great!

I love the laptop for its speed, and it's portability. The flip screen with touch makes it an amazing choice for a device that can be used from on a table to the couch for casual surfing.

So far great! I am happy as I got an open box excellent one for 480$ (it was on sale for 590$). I needed a new laptop, and this has the newer ryzen ai 5 processor. Only downside is the RAM is soldered to the board, so you can't upgrade it past the 16gb included. But this is more than enough for 99% of task most will need it for.

Positives: The laptop looked and felt excellent, with a premium design. This was also my first time buying a laptop with a non‑Intel processor, and initially, the performance seemed good. Negatives: Unfortunately, the issues started just a few days in. The mouse would randomly stop working, and the only way to fix it was to close the lid and reopen it. I also felt uneasy that AI features were controlling aspects of the processor. During a couple of restarts, the system mentioned it was performing a BIOS update on its own, which made me nervous. The biggest problem came in the second week: I opened the laptop and the screen was completely black while the fan was running nonstop. The laptop became very hot, and I couldn’t get it to respond at all. I rushed to Best Buy, where the team helped me reboot the system just long enough to retrieve my confidential data before I returned the device. More Positives: The staff at the store—Cristian and Mariah—were incredibly helpful, patient, and caring throughout the process. Thankfully, all of this happened within the 14‑day return window, so I was able to exchange the laptop for a different model. Final Thoughts: I hope the replacement (another AI‑enabled model) works better, especially considering the price. The design was great, but the reliability issues made this one impossible to keep. I lost some money for two software licenses that could not be salvaged during the laptop return

We are very happy with our laptop. Have used the touch screen and flip feature more than I thought we would. The keyboard may be a bit smaller than our last laptop but we have adjusted to it. Use it everyday. I worked on taxes and my husband uses it to look up parts.

I love my new HP OmniBook! I love the flip 2-in-1 screen! At first, I thought I would miss the touchpad for numbers, but it turns out that I haven't really needed it. It is the perfect size to fit into my purse without a lot of additional weight.
