Fantastic lap top, very fast and sleek. Definitely recommended.

I use this primarily as a traditional laptop. I actually disabled the touch screen because every time I accidentally bumped the screen with my fingers while typing it left my task. For example, if I bumped the screen near an ad it jumped to that ad. It became annoying. Perhaps it's my typing style? Other than that, my only other complaint would be that sometimes it's very slow to awaken after I've walked away or gone away and then try to wake it up with some sort of input.
Other than that, the screen is quite vivid and response time is quick

Great model for the price. Ai is extremely helpful through Co-pilot. The size is perfect for travel. The touch screen allows it to be used in IPad application. Great product in a highly competitive market.

Wonderful capable laptop with useful features. I appreciate that it has a variety of ports and wonderful intuitive features. Plus, being on sale brought down the price to that of much slower and weaker machines. It is only a 14 inch screen, but I use external displays, so it is just a feature that makes it more portable!

It’s a good laptop, it has a backlit keyboard, a glass ips touchscreen, etc etc. One main caveat with it is that even though there is 16gb of ram, the onboard NPU reserves about 6-7gb of RAM. There aren’t many apps as of yet for windows to use the NPU so it’s wasted performance as of now. You can disable the NPU in the device manager to recover your lost RAM. Then also with the usual hp bloatware. If you can remove or deal with all that it’s a pretty solid laptop for $600

This was a great deal! After being a Micosoft Surface Book for 20 years I was leary of switching. But since I've retired I don't use my laptop daily. This laptop was very similar, easy to use and the Geek Squad set it up for me perfectly. Great price too!!
