    setup instructions were nonexistent. Hooked it up the way I thought and no signal. Called geeksquad and got no help. Brought it back to store where I had received no instructions picking it up because they didn't have a working monitor. This time all ok with apology

    I have had this computer for about 6 weeks now, and as a former HP desktop customer, I have found the transition to a much newer computer to be easier than I had expected. BestBuy took time to explain some key differences between the old and new operating systems, which also helped. I highly recommend this desktop.

    2nd computer bought for my mother, 1st one was from Amazon and it started smoking. Careful with some of the 'tiny PCs'. They are much less expensive for a reason. I would recommend this one if I have not received any complaints from Mom.
