I was a little hesitant to try out the new PageWide technology before it was more established, but it has worked fine. I bought this for home use and it's a bit overkill for that purpose, but when I have to run multiple copies of a report, I'm really glad I have it. The speed is fantastic! Color and print clarity are excellent. I haven't needed new print cartridges so far, but when I do, I know they will be fairly expensive. Overall, I am very happy with the PageWide Pro 477dw.

It was so easy to set up this printer, even for the Baby Boomer generation....:) And so fast! Love it so far.

Great printer, easy to setup and fast and efficient printing

Two things impressed me the most about this printer, its weight (50 lb) and speed (fast). The setup on my home network was pretty straight forward and both AirPrint and Google print work as advertised. The online user guide is incomplete. For example, the instructions for doing automatic two-sided scan were missing (it’s done by selecting options on the touch screen). Overall this is a great MFP.

simple to setup and use for any small business, works 100 times as hard as standard printers

Good price. I got it on sale. Replaced a previous HP printer, HP office jet ProX476dw wireless which lasted 4 years, with this one. I dont know how long these printers usually last. This one is noiser than my previous printer but MUCH Faster and has more options, for a comparable price. An improvement so far. Waiting to see how long this one lasts.

The printer was very easy to set up. Very fast printing and scanning.

Overall great printer, i purchased to replace a 5 year old Color LaserJet of a similar size that the fuser went out on. this is supposed to have less maintenance over the life. print quality is fast and good. i will say it needs thicker paper than normal due to heavy coverage and wet paper due to the ink. But overall it is great.

Have used these machines for over 10 years. One usually last me 3 to 4 years with no maintenance. Well worth the cost. Rarely ever is there a paper jam or issues with the ink. Very reliable machine.

I purchased this printer at a $250 discount from Best Buy. I could not pass up on a deal like this. I love how this printer meets all of my needs. This HP printer should last me another 10 years.

Haven't used all functions. Appears to be a great all in one. Would like more than pictures to assemble.

Bought this product for our office to replace one of our older machines. The ease of use is fantastic and it looks great. It has a ton of capabilities and exceeds our expectations so far.

A color MFP, duplex printing, first page out in as fast as 7 seconds & print up to 55 pages per minute in both color and black-and-white. This MFP is a workhorse.

I have owned this product for about a month with no problems. Print quality is good. We liked it enough that we just bought an identical one for another location where the old printer "bit the dust".

The last time I bought a printer was 10 years ago at Best Buy. It was an HP which is still working till this day. I needed updated features and the HP Pagewide Pro 477dw hit the mark. This printer prints very fast and quality is great.

Love the product. Had a brother printer for my business had so many problems after the first 5 months. I switched to this one and would never buy another printer again. Works great and is really fast for ink jet.
