Great printer for business. Can handle high volume. Easy to install and use.

I have an older model at work. Had a color laser jet that was ok, but wanted the ink jet with the larger volume cartridges. The laser ink was so expensive, that this printer wasn't much more, so I replaced the laser with this one. It has improvements from my office version, and does 2 sided printing. Speed is amazing for an ink jet.

I really like how fast this printer is, especially for scanning.

Bought this printer as a replacement for my HP 8600. I wanted better scanning quality. The printer software does not like to work with my Mac OS High Sierra 13. I spent almost an hour on the phone with a tech from HP trying to figure out how to upload the HP software and to get my laptop to order the printer to scan. Ultimately there is no software update for me . We did figure out how to connect with the printer through my internet and can tell it to scan that way. Printing is not a problem although when I tell it not to print 2 sided it still tends to, It's also twice the size of my HP 8600. Noisier too. Printer ink is expensive as well. Over 100$ per cartridge.

I like the printer. Like the way it prints. It is LOUD! Not efficient in printing black and white only—uses other colors which will cause you to spend HUNDREDS of $$$ on Ink replacements . Not worth the price ...too expensive to maintain.

Although I only just received the printer today and after having some minor difficulties setting it up I tried to print from my Galaxie S9 and after NFC was turned on and off a dozen times and touching the Phone to the screen in every possible way imaginable without a case on it ... I finally got it to print a picture, The picture quality sucked, Now I cannot get it to print again through my phone. I am able to print from my Dell Laptop no problem but again the picture quality sucks, I keep getting lines at regular intervals across the picture. I am using Epson Glossy Photo paper for the photo's. I dont know what HP was thinking but why would you place a freshly printed picture FACE DOWN in the tray, won't that smudge the ink as well ?. I spent the money for a quality printer and I am sadly dissapointed so far. I will be on the phone with HP's customer service in the morning

The top feeder takes in multiple sheets at a time. Other than that its pretty good.

I have one of these printers at home and one at the office. They print super fast and the text and photos come out super sharp. The ink is also fairly inexpensive compared to printers I have had in the past. I highly recommend this printer.

good value works great but the white color is ugly looks like something out of star trek

Have not had any problems yet. It was easy to put in cartridges and get it up on the network. Copies look great! Have only owned for about a month.

Purchased for my office. Impressive speed and boot up time. The only down side it is rather loud. The email to print is great. I highly recommend it if noise is not an issue.

I had purchased one of these about six months prior to a friend of mine needing a printer. I recommended and bought it for him... he loves his too!!

First orinter didn't work. problem with ink cartridge. Return was EASY and Quick. 2nd printer worked as advertized.

Love this machine. Only wish it was not inkjet. Ink is very expensive.

Love this printer. Everything worked as it should out of the box. Was also able to print wireless. Great printer.

Its slower than my HP551 but does the job and has the wide page that I needed. I have trouble with it losing connection for scan to computer so only 4 stars
