Scanning issues

I also have vertical lines through my scanned images from the very first day I have not figured out yet. Not sure if I will just return it.

Missing materials

I attempted to connect my work computer wirelessly to no avail and went to connect using the USB cable and found there not to be one?

Great printer just won't stay connected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a great unit, good printing, scanning all that. I wish it would work more than about half the time. The wifi printing is ridiculous. It works sometimes, not others. I've been in IT for 40 years, this should not be beyond my abilities but every time I get this printer working I am able to print once and the next time I want to use it it's offline or disconnected from the wifi or just beligerant and won't print for no apparent reason. What changes? Nothing on my end, but it's never ready to go. When I print it's always a dance of why are we offline this time? This is unfortunately my historical experience with HP printers and wifi. Unless you're going to plug this directly into your computer with USB (and you have the luxury of the space to have your computer and printer near each other) I'd do some research as to which brand provides better connectivity.

Expensive ink not readily available

Ink I have for same model is not even being accepted by the printer. Red is not printing and I cannot get anyone to fix it. Just too many problems with ink/toner
