This HP printer was highly recommended, so we gave it a try. And, we are very glad that we did. Minimal transition to this new printer's new functions and it makes GREAT copies! This all-in-one printer works really well for our small office.

They do not jam and the paper tray holds an entire ream of paper. Be warned the ink can be pricey.

Wound not work with usb connection. Same the happens with second unit. Then the touch screen keep locking up and after 10 month it went completely out. Hp makes good printers but not this model. I replaced it with the 477 laser jet and had no problems at all. HP knows they have a problem! They should pull the from the shelf and stop wasting everyone’s time and money...Big fail by HP!!!! Pagewide Printer is a great concept but it has lots of issues...
