I bought this laptop to replace my Surface 3. I loved the Surface, but I realized I missed having a traditional laptop. This is perfect because of the 2 in 1/360 capabilities. I have not had any problems with speed or the touchscreen. The only problem I have had so far is that it keeps dropping my Wifi connection. I don't do much on . here, mostly just web surfing, email, and movies; so it works great for that. I will say that I think the display on my Surface was a little better, but not anything to be concerned about.

This is nice small laptop with loaded configuration. However, it has constant wifi connectivity issue. It drops the wifi frequently. I read many forums where others have same issues with this laptop. I tried all possible solutions but still no luck. Didn't expect this from HP laptop and that to after spending this much money.
Guess what this is going back to HP, I will have to return it.

I needed a laptop with power to do work and presentations on the road. I also wanted speed and light weight. This PC meets all my needs. I have MS Office Pro and several work related applications installed with plenty of room left for more.
This is a good overall use laptop. It is not for heavy duty gaming, but can do most anything else.

constantly loses WiFi connection, other problems

I lose Wifi connection at least twice an hour, often three or four times. Other problems occur; for example, I suddenly lost all sound, a systems check indicates no audio capacity installed, and the trouble shooter fails to fix the problem. The troubleshooter feedback log shows many other experiencing the same problems, but HP does nothing. This laptop is a total disaster.
