Great price for a really good product for teenager.

good computer for the gaming and other things I do

I would have given this a 5 star rating, as the product is very good; however the salesman was a jerk and didn't tell us what it DIDN"T come with, even though we had specifically asked about that item. When problem was discovered, manager made it right, hopefully he nailed salesman to the wall over it as he deserved.

Overall this model is an excellent value for internal specs, appearance and performance. The hardware is a bit chintzy and the (one piece) left / right click button feels cheap, plastic-y and clumsy when pressed. For under $500 this is still a great buy with AMD 10 processor and plenty of on-board storage.

I had previously gotten an HP with touch screen and was very disappointed. The salesperson at Best Buy guided me to this computer and I am very happy with it. I have had no problems with Windows 10 like my previous computer. It connected to my HP printer with a problem, as well. Someday I hope to be able to have a touchscreen but, for now, I am just happy to have a solid running system. Thank you Best Buy.

We bought this computer for our 13 year old son for Christmas. He loves it! It's very fast and the color quality seems good.

This laptop is great for anyone taking online classes. The webcam is great, extra inputs for HDMI cable, more than one USB drive. The only thing that bugs me is there is no light on the Number Lock key indicating it is on or not. Otherwise, an excellent purchase.

i am unsure if it is because it is new, and my old lap top was almost 7 years old, but this one is taking some getting used to. I cannot seem to get all the features up & running, but everytime I do manage a step, I realize it was actually easier than it seemed.

Had a problem with the wi-fi when we got it home. Had to call the geek squad for a reset. They were extremely helpful. It's working now, but I haven't had a chance to use it much.too busy with Holiday preps.

... with an HP laptop. I've owned several. This one is nice, will do pretty much what I need it to do. It's obviously not going to provide guidance control for the International Space Station, but for email, web cruising and word processing it's just fine.

Got this laptop to replace a different one that was returned. I am happy with it so far. It has not crashed, it has not blinked, it has not frozen up while I am working on it. It is a work computer that has some designing software on it, and it works fine.

Laptop nice for price! Nice speed as well like the size of the screen. Also has a number pad for ease of typing numbers! Wanted a Mac but too expensive for now. Always had good luck with hp products

My wife and I needed a new computer to replace one that went out on us. This one works well for what we need it for. My only dislike so far is the scroll and cursor are hard to use and frankly aggravates me, but for the money it'll do.

This laptop works fine most of the time. Battery could last longer. Apps keep shutting down. Facebook is the main one. It will not stay running. But the laptop does operate fast.

It's great with Cortana and so many features that are needed to help in today's busy person/student.

I am very happy with this laptop. It is fast and Window's 10 is very user friendly.

My only issue is getting used to windows 10. Everything else so far is great

i have just purchased a new laptop and i love it. my old laptop was running so slow and about 6-7 years old. this was a great purchase for the price.

This laptop at the price and with the features fits our needs perfectly

I really like the HP Pavilion, it's much faster than my old computer.
