    I have had to call the Geek Squad 3 times since I brought this pc. It takes it several minutes to load and go to any page. I have had to reinstall everything I did when I first brought it, after it was off a couple of days. I am really disappointed with it and thinking about returning it.

    Love this 2 in 1 laptop. Does what I need it to do without much of a hassle. Little confusing at first learning to use both as a tablet and a laptop but definitely worth the value of a purchase for someone needing one for school.

    Just talk to the sale person and him which is the best between Dell and HP. I told them things I like todo and want to do. He show me the different between the 2 laptop. I talk other people about the 2 laptop. Like the HP better.

    I work from home and needed a new laptop that could keep up with multiple programs running simultaneously as well as having plenty of storage. I am also really impressed with speakers and camera quality built in!

    The only problem I've had is working with Windows 10. It's really different. Edge isn't really compatible with some of the things i do, so I'm trying to stick with IE or Google.
