Can't recommend to others

Good Laptop for a Big Kid

The best is the CPU's bench market in combination with the memory and Hard Drive which is ok for big kids that needs speed and capacity.

I don't like Windows 8.1

I had been in the store a few times looking at them before making my purchase and was always helped by each associate. One thing - I wish I had gone with the model that had backlit keys though.

Replacement laptop

Knew the products they were selling. Little confusion about the data transfer part, I thought the information was going to be placed on my laptop as well as the external hard drive I purchased.

Great value for the money

For the price you get an I-7, 6 MB RAM with a 17" screen, you cant beat the value. Great for surfing the web and doing school work. So far no problems.... but did buy the protection plan...just in case.
