I am so happy by choosing this HP laptop very fast

The system is a vast improvement over my old Toshiba Satellite. However, the user interface is not as good. Windows... now is the time to consider being yourself again. This is not a tablet computer.

I had to make a new email acct now I juggle 3 accts very difficult to use the windows 8.1 had problems computer locking up all the time from the password access then have to drive 2 hours to get it unlocked as geek squad couldn't do it remotely. i have had computer 6 weeks and only been able to use it about 6 hours because of all the problems I'm not tech savy and i know a lot of other people aren't either. wish they could make things simpler for some of us.

Over all easy to setup and start using. I know very little when it comes to computers. Wish it came with protected antivirus. Got a virus first week I had it. Got to shove out more money now.

I like the HP lap top I got at Best Buy. Only problem is it did not come with Microsoft Outlook so I can not get my e-mail on my new laptop. I have to spend$136.00 to get the software I need.

I was looking for a laptop for emails, creating Word and Excel documents and surfing the internet. This laptop suits my needs just fine. It's quick, easy to operate and has plenty of memory and power. I'm quite pleased.

Computer is very good, although still a few hickups from initial setup. Programs are easy to learn and I was operational very quickly. The big screen is the best one I have ever owned

The Fitbit Flex was easy to set up and it works well with the Fitbit website and with Weight Watchers. But that clasp is very difficult to fasten! Why can't they design a better clasp?

Very good processor, good sized screen and lots of room on the hard drive. Difficult to delete some programs you may not want since they are embedded. Overall good value for money.

My teenager is really enjoying his new laptop; only downfall it does not have a lighted keyboard therefor I gave it 4 stars... Thanks

Overall I am satisfied with this product. I find that the touch pad doesn't respond as smooth as I would like. I would expect a more sensitive reaction when pressing down on it.

I was expecting a little more from this computer, but it works decent for what I need it for. I purchased this one for a faster processer, but it seems as fast as the Core i3.

Best price for an i7 configuration with 6GB RAM. The metal body with texture gives a good look and sturdy appearance. Keyboards are soft too. I have used it for few weeks now and performance is good - can open multiple doc and excel docs simultaneously with good speed.

Absolutely awesome, no issues or complaints. It does get pretty hot and the fan doesn't work very well, but for how thin it is that's to be expected. Really though, other than that it's perfect. The touch screen works great and it comes with lots of helpful apps.

Great well rounded system for the price. I primarily use it for gaming and music and it's got plenty of processing power and memory for everything I throw at it.

I bought this model exclusively for freelance work I do. Nothing heavy duty. No graphics, just audio files for transcribing. It's serving that purpose just fine.

HP - Pavilion 15.6 Laptop is great "middle of the road" laptop. Sleek, compact size. Keyboard has good feel to it. i7 processor serves my purposes well for xls and minor ppt usage. Would purchase HP again based on experiences with this machine.

My husband and I are very pleased with our HP computers. It meets all of our computer needs. Your employees were very helpful in showing us everything available in the price range we were looking. I feel we got the best bang for our buck.
