Once all the adware was removed it was smooth sailing. We use this pc for basic needs- PowerPoint/Word, email, and web browsing, and it works great.

The HP Pavilion 15.6" Laptop I purchased was a good buy. I have used it to do the basic functions I have need to thus fdar and it is performing well.

Love to have this as my personal LapTop. Myself and my wife use this on each day and it has lots of power and storage capacity. Worth for the money.

This product is awesome good memory good speed. Windows 8.1 a first time user is exceptional.Probably I dont need to upgrade to windows 10.

I hadn't gotten a new laptop in almost 6 years and this was such a nice laptop, great color, screen, wallpaper background, keyboard, It has in my opinion everything you want in a laptop. The best laptop I have ever gotten.

Cost versus performance is good. Only negative is I would have preferred a better graphics card.

This laptop is working very well for Quickbooks pro in our small business. Also, provides YouTube video entertainment for my son at home. Nice size and very portable.

The touch pad is not the easiest to use. You have to be very careful where and how you touch pad.

I bought this for work and it has perfect amount of power for surfing the internet, youtube, and other common functions. Nothing to complain about. Perfect size.

I've been using HP products for years & this one didn't disappoint. It handles just about any graphics I've thrown at it & has plenty of power for photo editing.

this laptop goes above and beyond my expectations from when I purchased it. It's easy access and light to carry plus has so much memory. It holds our software for work plus other programs from work and personal.

My previous computer was 10 years old and barely working, so I am having to find my way around this new computer. There are a lot of features I like better, just a matter of learning. I am sold on HP computers!

I'm in love with laptop!!! It came with widows 8 and the sound is way better than a regular laptop with the beats audio!!!!! I recommend this if your looking for an affordable laptop that's awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the best computer I've owned so far! I really like that it has a good sound system, like Beats by Dre, built in.

Too big to carry to class but I knew that when I bought it so have a tablet as well. Will be great for my engineering classes.

The young man who helped me purchase my HP laptop was extremely helpful seemed to know what he was talking about and treated me like a valued customer, I will look for him the next time I go into the store!

The laptop was a open box and it was recommended by sales associate.. She knew everything I told her what I was looking for and she got the job done excellent service.. Her name was Chelsea super awesome

It does what I need a computer to do. I use it for work and is very helpful so far.

Only disappointment was that it didn't have a bluetooth wireless connection for the mouse i purchased to go along with it!
