The fastest pc for the price, without sacrificing weight. Runs all my games smoothly& has tons of storage for all my music & videos. Wish there were separate physical clickers with the touchpad but that's literally my only qualm & that can be fixed with a wireless mouse.

My son loves the laptop. His only request was that it be fast enough to play games - especially Minecraft. I didn't want to pay the price for a gaming laptop. So this one was recommended by one of the floor reps. My son said it is fast enough. He is very happy with it.

This is my 2nd HP laptop and it appears that it has met my expectations. Design and build quality is good. Works smooth and no issues so far, Processing power is ample , battery life decent enough but weight is bit on the negative side. Seems light initially but prolonged use shows its weight. The first i had is now shows signs of breakage at the edges as they seem to be of plastic and not metal bands. i hope this one doesn't have the same issue.

Wanted an easily portable laptop with a large enough screen to work on several screens at once. This one is working well though the keyboard is not my favorite; still getting used to the low profile, strike and location of some keys.

I have no complaints about the computer, I am a basic user and mainly use it for school work. It is very light, would have been better if it had a backlit keyboard and MS already installed.

This computer was purchased to replace another laptop that was older and much slower. This computer is perfect for what my wife needed. It is very fast on downloads and has excellent graphics. Plus this computer was on a four day special at Best Buy so we received it for a great price.

This is my first laptop I have ever owned, and I couldn't be any happier with it. I originally went in to buy the previous model but I found out that this laptop had just come out. After talking with the very helpful sales associate, I decided to go with this laptop and I'm glad I did. The only cons I found are: -No backlit keyboard -Not very bright in direct sunlight if viewing outside but not to the point where you can't see anything at all. (Just wish it could go a bit brighter in brightness, thats all) Overall, Im happy with this laptop. Speed is very good, battery life is decent and its very pretty with the silver finish.

I bought this computer as a replacement for my son after his other computer got ruined when a drink spilled on it. Thankfully we had the accidental damage warranty! My son wanted a computer he could play online games on without the "lagging" effect he was apparently experiencing with his other computer. He reports this one is light-year's better. Otherwise it works good for all of the basic stuff one uses a computer for!

Getting use to the new Windows format was the only con for me since Ive only ever used older versions. The laptop has a good screen size but not heavy or bulky. Decent speed.

I bought this because I have a second job working from home and needed a computer that would support many programs opened at once. The i7 processor allows me to perform my tasks with high productivity. I highly recommend this product

Very fast all around laptop. A little on the mid range end. Not exactly metal uni body but its half the price so... its good for the price.

We bought this for my wife in her second year of law school. It's great for writing papers and doing research. We bought office which is a needed upgraded for her purposes. It's has a big enough screen to be able to have two documents open and viewable in a split screen which us invaluable during her studies. It also has plenty of memory and speed.

I read tons of reviews and looked into other computers; for having an i7 processor it was a really great price! It runs fast and is very easy to use...I love it!

Its my first laptop with windows 8. I'm still getting used to it but the laptop is fast. I dont like the mouse but overall its ok.

This laptop is great. It is fast and does the job I need it to do. I won't give it a full five stars because of Windows 8.

The hardware is fine. I feel that there is too much extraneous software added and it's hard to remove. I hate Windows 8.

I had been anticipating this laptop to be great for what I needed it to be. I was not disappointed! After getting thru the set-up process (make sure you have a Microsoft compatible e-mail account set-up first), the product worked like a charm. The windows 8 screen operates much like a i-phone or i-pad would - really intuitive. Make sure to take advantage of any windows 8 training that comes along - it gives you the tools to utilize shortcuts to save time. Fairly lightweight and powerful for such a great price! Highly recommended!!

Really nice laptop for a really good price. I got this laptop to do some programming work and it has worked really good. The I7 processor does its job. I would recommend it 100%
