Good laptop for the price. Annoying hp default software. Uninstaller a bunch of default software

I absolutely love this laptop. My Toshiba laptop from 2009 died and I was helped to select this laptop by a store employee. It is thin, lightweight and quick as heck. The only difference from my old one is the keyboard. This keyboard's keys are flatter and I think closer together. Instead of having my hands centered on the keyboard, I have to have them more to the left. I am still getting used to this.

The overall laptop size and weight and width of screen are just what I wanted, The picture is really good and the sound is okay. Still wish it came with printed documentation and/or user guides but none do now anyway. No complaints here.

I had a friend look with me before making such a large purchase. So far this has been a good computer. I enjoy the speed and lighter weight of this computer.

This laptop is working as expected: screen, sound and processor performance is great.

Haven't gotten a chance to see all the bells and whistles but so far so good. Screen size is large and it's fast and the included Microsoft 360 is great.

Overall, I would say I am pretty pleased with this hp. it offers good performance on the cheap. However, I will say that the display is the weak spot on this laptop. You have to jockey this display around in order to achieve optimal clarity. Other than that, I really like this laptop. I have been wanting to add a windows machine to my lineup, and this does a pretty nice job.

When we started shopping for this we had a minimum standard and a maximum budget we were bound by. This computer met both of those comfortably. That combined with the support bundle I hope will last the 4 years of college it was purchased for.

I researched new laptops online, I found this laptop on sale at Best Buy It was the best computer I could find, with the features I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. It is becoming harder to find a laptop with a disk drive installed. The i7 processor is plenty fast. I have been using this laptop for about 1 month, and have not had any problems with it.

I needed a laptop for my Computer Science program at school. I picked up this model after researching a few choices and it hasn't disappointed me since. It's a perfect size and fits in my backpack, and it's not too heavy. The processor is amazing, I'd definitely go with an i7. The hard drive space is large enough for me as well. I can use programs such as Visual Studio, Microsoft Office, Spotify, and few Windows 8 apps simultaneously. Perfect product for anyone looking for a laptop, especially for college students.

Great value for money. Sweet deal from Best Buy and awesome service. The mouse pad takes a little getting used to and sometimes slow on tracking. Luv the screen size - great for spreadsheets. Nice package with lots of bells and whistles that I need (or may need in the future.)

Bought this laptop on sale to replace an old Pentium laptop. The performance is like night and day compared to my old laptop.
