Laptops Programmed for Problems?

So I buy this new laptop thinking it'll be better, new right? NO! 1 year and 2 months, 3 weeks it does the same thing. (HP 'puter) I've got to think these are rigged to have problems right after the warranty runs out. Bought both at Best Buy. Disgusted!

Awful for a student

I use my computer for school and 45% of the time it glitches and restarts ! Most of the time I'm in the middle of my paper ! So upset with this purchase that I'm stuck with .geek squad is no help !!!

Not Happy

It arrived quickly. I set everything up and the VERY next day after signing in the touch screen would not respond I even plugged in a mouse and NO RESPONSE ON THE MAIN PAGE. I am SOOO disappointed. I will be returning ASAP HP I hope this is a fluke!!!

My first laptop was also purple but I dropped it and it became history. This one however, I plan on treasuring for the rest of my life. Especially now, that they stop making it. It's fast, battery lasts long enough and the large screen is heaven. I am 16 and buying this laptop with a budget was the best decision of my life. Exaggeration, but still. The point is, I don't regret it. Especially when I was confused and the geek squad was really nice and helpful.
