    Had laptop about a month and the fan inside started making a very loud noise. Called tech support and they went through some troubleshooting steps with me. I had to take the battery out. The buttons to release it are very cheaply made. So now after only one month I had to send my laptop back to HP for repair. No laptop for about two weeks.

    I am not very happy with the windows 10, 7 was much better. If I had to do it over I would not buy one with windows 10
