I like Best Buy in the geek squad the best service in town any problems with this computer and they'll fix it

My laptop said "plugged in not charging" on Day29. When I contacted HP support they tried to sell me extended support twice. The online tech " fixed" the problem and one week later same thing. Next online support temporarily fixed problem again. A week later it is going back to the factory.

Runs a little slower than I was hoping but all around pretty solid choice for the price.

Purchased for staff to complete orders on and she was completely satisfied with it.

Good look. Easy to use. Runs slow. Has great graphics but from what I was told, the reason it ran slow was because it was made from old parts that weren't compatible with Windows 10. I had to take it back and get a different laptop.

Slow boot up . Needs more USB ports. Dose wore well when using wifi. The screen is good is easy to look at. As far as the battery will last for a long time. I I can tell you now . If I was going to get a lap top I would buy a Dell

This is by far the very worst laptop I have had the curse to have to use. I spend literally 5 min if I have to reboot. I have never had a machine this slow. THe sales person who sold this to me swore it would be fast enough for my needs. this is SLOW SLOW SLOW. Im a single mom of four kids under 8 and missed the return window by two days and was told I could not return and cant afford a replacement or I would have kicked this to the curb a long time ago.... or maybe made into a book end

I thought the machine would be a lot faster It takes forever to process simple tasks The keys are stiff and require.a lot of pressure to make them type

I had to return the Laptop the next day for mechanical issues. During setting up Internet and other programs the blue screen appeared and the machine shut down and it never worked again. This is the 2nd time I had bought a HP computer/Laptop and had to return it within the first 5 days of purchase. I will only buy HP printers from now on and stick with others brands for laptops.

Slow, but does what I needed just to be online on to check email, loads slow.. But does what you need

Okay for general web browsing not enough ram for anything else.

It's not good for gaming or multiple tasks. I do not recommend it if you want fast gaming.

I bought my wife this laptop for Mother's Day at the beginning of May and she is currently having charging issues. Besides that, the computer keeps freezing up and runs slow. I might have a bad laptop which happens but I am going to take it back and try another one.

I need to call hp....or geek squad. We don't know how to set it up or coordinate it with the new Epson wireless printer we just purchased from you.
