Keyboard Failure
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I guess the trend is toward touch screens but we bought our HP laptop in December. By March the letters were rubbing off the keyboard. We contacted HP and they would not send a repairman to replace the keyboard. They wanted us to send it somewhere which would take 2-4 weeks. Best Buy doesn't do this kind of replacement. Poor choice of supplier for the letters on the keys.

Display is not bright enough

Internet issues

Had to have Hp remove the Internet connection drivers and re install them. The connection was still way to slow song returned the computer
