Great pick in value for money, this notebook comes with a big screen, plenty of storage space and Windows 10 loaded. Not very fast, but does the job for normal email, internet and Office work.

Great base laptop with massive 17 inch screen. Easy to set up, great for web browsing. Microsoft Edge is buggy, so encourage use of Chrome. Good battery life, like the thin design and weight.

HP never fails to impress me. Great laptop for the price. I definitely plan on getting my moneys' worth! I plan on using this until I complete my Doctorate Program and start my own practice.

This is my second HP laptop, this machine has been performing as well as expected for a Windows 10 machine. I love the large size screen and haven't had any problems with it.

While not as fancy as the higher priced notebooks, this unit turns in a solid performance. I'm very happy with this purchase. A good value for the functionality and size.

I haven't been able to use it a whole lot but so far so good. Starting to love windows 10 now. This is a bigger laptop but I like the bigger screen to watch movies on it.

So far very pleased with this laptop. I use a pc 5 days a week for my job(three screens) and I am not too excited about sitting with one when I am home,. This HP is quite comfortable to use very satisfactory for what I need at home. I had a HP desktop some time ago and have been without a home PC for awhile, believe it or not. Nice to have it now and even though I am just getting it set up and using it more, I knew HP would fit the bill and be reliable as the reviews stated. I don't get techy and can't get into a lot of detail about the specs, but others usually take care of that. Fair price and worth it.

When my old laptop crashed I decided not to repair it. I found a great replacement on the Best Buy web cite. It is great, does everything I need a laptop to do. I'm new to Windows 10, but I'm getting it. The Geek Squad are fantastic and are very very good at what they do.

Great for basic web browsing, school use, and streaming. It has a really nice large screen that is very clear. It is fairly lightweight for how large it is as well.

Very good keyboard and nice size/heft, that suggest durability; the built in sound and video seem to be better than many competitively priced laptops.

Purchased this after my 3 year-old Lenovo Touch screen went crazy. First I purchased a Mac, couldn't get used to the keyboard so this HP was my second choice. Very few manufactures make laptops that are not touch screens, so I didn't have a large variety to chose from. Since my desktop is a HP and I've had no problems with it, I went with this. First few weeks (around four) everything was wonderful. I'm finding now that the mousepad doesn't follow commands as readily as it had when I first purchased it. I have to hit it several times and in different places to get to do what I want it to do. Sometimes in the middle of typing the screen will just change size; either increase or decrease. This may have something to do with my hand touching the mouse by mistake; not sure. It's not that big of a deal now but I see it could be an irritant if it continues. Another issue that I'm having is the length of the arm rest on the keyboard. It's very long and too far away from the keys to be comfortable. After a while my arms begin to hurt because my wrist aren't resting on the keyboard, my arm is. Maybe a man wouldn't have this issue. I do love the size of the screen though; it's huge and the clarity is wonderful. I hope I fall back in love with this laptop because buying a laptop is right up there on the stress meter with buying an house. (uggggh!) I'm beginning to think that its me; 5 laptops in about eleven years seems a bit much. I should let it be known that I can't wear watches either; something inside my body kills a watch battery; maybe it does the same with laptops. Because of that, I would recommend this laptop but try it out in the store first just to see if the console is comfortable for your arms.

Product works great for my needs. Only downside is that the battery doesn't last as long as I would like. Otherwise this is a great laptop

Purchased a new HP Pavillion to replace a Dell that was stolen. Love the larger screen, hate the need for a pricier backpack to haul it.

excellent computer. only thing missing for me was the faster ac lan wifi speed. otherwise very good looking laptop with excellent speed

works very well , I was impressed . could use more RAM but still works fine as is . lots of included features and windows 10 .

This my 3rd HP. It's a rock!! It has the speed and capacity to run all my personal applications and games with no delay!!

This was a gift for someone in the household. The only complaint so far is that the battery life is not that long lived.

My husband is not to computer savvy but he seems to be doing great with this one

My old desktop computer sighed its last breath and gave up the ghost with a faint wisp of smoke. I chose this as a replacement because I could use it like a desk top. It sits on my desk with the lid closed with three external hard drives and my 27 inch monitor connected and works like a dream. I can also take it with me when I give a lecture, so it's a bit of a double-whammy. I like classical music, and the B&O sound pumped through a pair of Bose speakers, is terrific. It also sounds great on my Koss headphones. Lastly, I hate to admit it, but I also like Windows 10. It's a breeze.

big screen, huge hard drive with descent speed. it lives up to what I expected. this is our family's 3rd one. only problem was a cooling fan. also we are not fans of windows 10 but that's what it comes with??
