I've went through two of these computers already and I'm considering to send it in and hope they don't send me another that's broken. The pros are the size, and the sound quality. My last HP didn't have even remotely anything worth talking about when it came to the sound. But this laptop has one of the best. Cons: It's not made windows 10, after I opened it, it read "preinstalled" the laptop is actually a windows 7, there for the longer you use it the quicker it is to slow down. Maybe I'm bitter that I had two laptops send to me, one without the windows store working, and the one I'm currently using keeps having a hardware glitch in it. I know best buy is willing to work and send me another but I'm not sure if the fight for this thing is worth it after two duds.

the old HP laptop finally got too slow so bought this one. We use it at home and it is much faster and my boyfriend is happy with it

It is a great laptop. It was a little confusing to use at first, but I figured out to use the functions that comes with the laptop.

I liked this computer but didn't love it so I returned it, I want one that can handle a lot of load and this i3 intel processor can get but so much done....I love it but went with one that has a little more power and better screen quality.

This is a cheap computer. I use it to surf the web and pay bills. It works great for stuff like that. It's a bit slow but does the trick. The screen is decent, but for the price it does a great job. As long as you are sticking with simple computing tasks this computer is a great value.
