Great Lap Top. Comes with window 10. I like working with it.

Enjoying my new laptop, way to use. Happy with my purchase

Plenty of room for stuff on the 1TB hard drive. Not quite enough RAM to run Windows 10 (8.2). Not quite enough cpu power to do more than one thing at a time. Graphics are HUGE and lovely. Not a gaming rig though.

This is a good machine for the price. It has a big screen that is great for watching videos and/or movies. It has very good sound as well. I purchased it to do work presentations, but the machine is too big to fit in my briefcase/computer bag. For this reason, I sold the machine to a friend at the price that I paid for it.

I am new to the laptop world, and not very computer savvy. I have found my lap top easy to use and navigate. It was very affordable , as I took into account being a new user I wasn't sure how well it would work for me and didn't want to spend a lot of $$. Great laptop, highly recommended for the average computer user!!!

My father, an elderly computer klutz, is able to use it without difficulty. We bought it for him to use to read his e-mails and do simple business.

Everything pretty much runs good except for the touch mouse when I touch it it just doesn't seem to activate right away I don't know if there's a sensitivity setting or what but I've had fun

I use the device for basic email, Microsoft Word and Excel, and similar programs. This is my 2nd HP Pavilion - the one I replaced served me well for 6 years, so I decided to get another one.

This is a great laptop that comes with a great specs. We enjoy using this at home and it's just perfect for our need. We like the HD screen.

We didn't want a touch screen computer. Just a basic computer for simple tasks. We don't listen to music on it or watch movies. Just wanted something simple. It's perfect for us.

So impressed with Reuben, who took the time to explain the different types of laptops....tailored for my needs. Kudos to Best Buy for having Joe Harten, who not only showed me the computer section but also walked me thru' the Greek Squad software process. EXCELLENT customer service!

Works well, no issues so far. Pleased with the performance and features. New Hot mail is slow to load when first turned on but that may be a Microsoft issue, I'm no expert.

I needed a new computer and thanks to my grandson's expertise, I think I got a good deal from Best Buy! So far, so good. I'm not computer literate, but I'm finding out this was a wise decision to get this computer. HP is a good computer. I'm learning to get around it very well.
