Runs great. Easy to set up. Sync with my Samsung tv. With Windows 10 you can stream your xbox one. Only dis is took forever to get to get my xbox controller to sync

This is a well needed replacement for my ageing HP laptop and I have not been disappointed in this superb machine since I bought it. It has got incredible superior specs that is just incredible when you consider the great price this can be had for at Best Buy.

I purchased this computer and had to return the first one cause there was a broken or stuck key. But since I got the new one, I have not had any problems. The screen is beautiful and the speed of the computer is fast. I so glad I brought this computer.

I have not had a new computer for 7 years and was nervous about ll the new brands and styles offered. My old computer was a HP. The upgrades and all the support from the staff was very helpful. Thank everyone who put up with all my questions.

Big screen is great for watching movies, speakers work way better than old HP....downer is windows 10...still great computer for the money.

Huge screen, works well. Typical windows 1o issues, other than that it's fine.

Geek squad walked me through all the set up process. Which was easier than anticipated as I am not very computer savvy. My only complaint was a difficulty in understanding the tech due to his heavy accent.

I tried a Dell. It was a short run. I came right back to HP. They last for years and years. I'll always stay with Hewlett Packard from now on. My HP Pavillion lap top is great. So glad to be back with HP.

works great so for. it replace another HP laptop as an upgrade. HP is a dependable product. this laptop has a huge hard drive and fairly quick. thought I'm still not a total windows 10 believer.

A bit slow, and upgrading RAM is NOT for beginners. But it can be done. Definitely a good basic laptop.
