We purchased this computer for a business purpose and it's great. Very lightweight, nice touchscreen, and holds lots of storage for our needs.

Laptop everything i need it to do. Nothing special but it gets the job done and at a great price i would highly suggest it to others.

i purchased this laptop about a month ago. i upgraded from an old Gateway which I love. I really like this one it does everything i need it for. i thought the price was pretty good also. I hope it does as well as the Gateway.

Good product for the right price. I like its capabilities as far as memory is concerned, and I like its screen size.

This laptop is lightweight, blessed with all features one could wish, even a CD player built in. The large screen is a treat and the sound is outstanding. The fault I find is that it is supersensitive to touch, even to a hand hovering over the keyboard. It jerks and jumps; the zoom zips in and out; it drives me crazy. If anyone knows that there is a remedy, I would love to know it.

I'm loving this computer, no issues at all. Easy to operate. Much faster than my older computer that I replaced.

This is a great laptop and I have been learning new things about it every time I use it (every day). Love being so up to date. It is so much faster than the old one I had been using. Thank you !

As a student and a small business owner, I love the large screen and smooth processing of this computer.

This lap top is really nice. The log on speed is adequate and the screen is HUGE with a beautiful picture. The only negatives are: 1. Since the screen is so large, the lap top is a little heavy, but it's Ok because of the size. 2. It can find several of the local Wi-Fi signals in my area, but not my personal 5G one. This is frustrating because my work lap top and all cell phones can find it. Have to talk to HP to try and solve this issue.

This is my first time purchasing a laptop from Best Buy. It was purchased through the beautiful one year same as cash program and was completed without a hitch. It has been over a year since purchased and the laptop has been running as quickly as day one. Love HP! Love Best Buy!

Love this computer. I wanted a desktop but also needed the portability every now and then. This laptop satisfied desire for a larger computer on a daily basis with desire for portability.

I just wanted a basic computer to replace an old Jo laptop. This computer has twice the memory and storage of previous laptop. Works great and is a good value for the price!

This laptop do the basic job and for the price was a good deal also has a nice look.

This was particularly great value. 8G of RAM, 1T of memory, Intel 5 for $419! Plus, it came with a CD/DVD player/recorder. I also received a year of webroot.

I love how large the screen is and I have no complaints. It works perfectly and I use it for music and leisure.

I am very satisfied with the purchase. I was planning to purchase a HP computer from the actual HP website. But I saw this computer in the Best Buy flyer and I decided to try it out. It is a very nice computer. It was very easy to set up. It runs very fast. I've had it a little over a month and I've had no problem. I always purchase HP laptops and desktops. I purchased this laptop to replace a desktop that crashed and a laptop that was almost 10 years old. And the older laptop still works however is very slow. So HP products are very good products and do last a long time.

Replaced a gateway laptop. This hp 17" screen laptop is doing the job. Really like overall performance. also will enjoy portability. The price was right.

Wife is definitely happy with the computer. It has pretty good memory and speed for the price. She also liked having the numeric keypad on the keyboard.
