I really love my new laptop. I purchased it to replace one had for year. I love the power and speed I receive and I love the full screen and keyboard.

Computer has a very large screen which is great for home use. This computer is not practical for carrying around. It is too large and doesn't fit into any of my computer bags. Computer works great for what I use it for, which is to access the web, type a few papers, and stream videos. Speakers sound good for a laptop. I would buy again, but without windows 10.

I love my new HP Pavilion laptop. I am glad I decided to go with the HP instead of the Dell. It is so much faster and I like the larger size too.

so far this computer has worked flawlessly. easy set up and navigation. Really enjoy the larger screen

I bought this computer for my son going to college. This computer does not have the best specs or the fastest processor. What this computer is, is a reliable computer for a college kid to use for schoolwork and Netflix in the dorm. It does not have a touch screen that's why I did not give it 5 stars. The price is great and this is a good starter laptop

Havent had a lot of time to work on it, but I love it because it has a big screen. Eventhough its a lap top and still easy ro carry around.

I love the large screen and the keyboard is great to type on. Enough room so I don't hit two keys at once. Great graphics too. Love it!!

I needed a mid-level laptop to replace an older laptop... My wife and I are not into streaming or downloading a lot of media so the top of the line laptops seemed a little "more than necessary"... This laptop has outperformed what we read or expected... It's been pleasant to accept the fact we got more value for the price than we even knew...

It was my intro to Win10 and I love it. Email, surfing, movies, skype, business, all good.Replaced a desk top with no complaints. price was xlnt, bought 1 for wife , too, so gramps can do what gramps do.

We were looking for a laptop that could be taken on trips and then mostly left in the hotel or house where we were staying. We definitely prefer big screens and the price was right with this hp. The computer works well and we haven't really had any problems. It isn't top of the line, but for what we use it for, it is great.

This laptop was purchased for my daughter who is starting high school this year. We had a few requirements which were surprisingly missing in most of the laptops in this price range. The first was a DVD drive. The ability to upgrade RAM was another. I was dismayed to see a few laptops with minimal RAM already, and then had the salesperson explain that even if I wanted more RAM in those machines, it could not be added! Very happy with THIS purchase!

I am not a gamer. The only streaming I do is fish for trout. I use a laptop for a number of purposes some may consider mundane but it was time for a new machine. The old laptop had celebrated its 9th birthday and was beginning to drag its left foot. And Windows 10 loomed. I love this new HP. The associate made 2 recommendations after considering my needs. I am glad I listened to the advice. Best Buy has never disappointed me.

LOVE IT! Big and bright! One thing though.. I wish the keypad/keyboard was lit; my ONLY regret!!
