    I thought the computer would not freeze up as much as ,my other laptop because it has more hard drive and memory. It actually freezes up more. Not very happy with it.

    Great laptop, has fast processor and specs I loved it the only thing I did not like about the laptop was the glare on in when in light

    it arrived scratched up it doesn't have backlite keyboard. I love the laptop for what it does not how it looks very disappointed with best buy wont buy from them again

    I bought a Dell had to take it back got another Dell took it back then said forget it going back to Hp only had to get another one cause i dropped mine and broke the screen..... Will always stick with a HP

    Poor performance keys didn't workright nor did touch screen had to push several times and then may not work at all. I brought back to store bought adiferent brand touch screen.
