I've owned several all-in-one computers and like not having a tower and cords to deal with. This HP model has a very crisp screen and the processor speed to run my email, photo and video applications and programs. I've been pleased with the performance. Be sure to use a power strip, I lost my last all in one due to a power surge.

This is a good basic laptop. I am not crazy about Windows 8. A bigger & longer learning curve than previous Microsoft operating systems, but that isn't really Best Buy or HP's fault. This laptop seems to fit my needs (email, internet, Netflix and word processing) for now.

We purchased this for my wife's grandmother. She uses it about once a week, but it's great for her. The new Windows 8 has come a long way since the the first platform. This unit is perfect for Grandma, as it has a simple start up, touch screen, and we were able to set up easy bookmarks for her to get into her email. The performance is a little on the slow side, and it's got a bunch of preloaded apps that she will never use. My only complaint about the purchase from in-store, the floor model had a wireless mouse and keyboard, which led us to believe that was what was in the box. When we got it home, both were wired units. There weren't very many sales people around at the time, but it was a pretty quick transaction.

Since I had my old computer for 10 years this is hard to get used to but I am sure I will figure it out. I like the option of touch screen and it runs so much faster than the old one did.

I purchased this computer for my wife's parents to replace a much older machine. They really didn't care for the touch capability but it does run pretty well for basic Internet use. The biggest drawback is the quirkiness of windows 8.1 for example the weather app would not work and said it needs to update but then the update was not available. Overall a good price for a basic pic.

The computer works well for the price. The issue i continue to have is the operating system. It seems to disconnect and connect to the internet quite frequently. I seem to have the same issue on any computer with windows 8.

Easy to set up. Was quite surprised and pleased that it is wireless. Have enjoyed the touch screen.

A decent computer, not a bad price. It does what I need it to do. Games work well. The display is nice.

So far it's been great, their have been a few bumps the road. but that's because this only the second computer I've bought, the last was a Gateway, it plays youtube good, I've sent out resumes,it filter's out bad e-mails real nice and other content I don't want to view I'm real satisfied.

Have 2 of these used for business now. 1 is in a warehouse setting running autocad and it works great. The other is an office setting and is used for pictures and photoshop mainly. They both work great the only thing I had to do with both was upgrade the memory. With Windows 8 and heavy multitasking programs such as photoshop and autocad it just didnt have the power to handle it. Once I upgraded the memory (Both now have 16gb) it's a workhorse! For most users however, the standard memory will be more than enough for email and web surfing but for any gaming or photo handling you'll need an upgrade.

I purchased an HP all-in-one with a touch screen. I love it so far. I'm still getting used to 8.1, but I'm sure it will come.

This is our first touch screen and we love it! Very user friendly.

I was intimidated with the new windows at first, but I am not having any problems. There are good instructions to view and learn about it. It has a good size screen. The touch screen is great, especially since most people are used to the touch screen devices now days..

I got this laptop from my wife to use around the house instead of being in my office away from everybody. It did not come with a cd drive but I actually had a external drive which is not that big of a deal to me. Took it out of the box and had it running in five or so minutes. Had it for about a month now with no problems. If you need a laptop to just get on the net and mess around like facebook, espn, email, etc. then this is a good one to have.
