Love the product. Only con is that we were prompted to upgrade to windows 10 and we lost sound. Had to troubleshoot but sound is back now. It's a lovely white/light grey machine. It looks like one of the Mac Computers at the office. Very nice.

The screen size is perfect and beautiful. It's a nice balance between a small size to fit on our end table without being as small as a laptop. It took a little while to find the dvd port (right side, vertical, look for the small button). This is a great little computer!

I have not used it too much, but I like the size of the screen. It is not as fast as I wish, but maybe it is my internet service, I am not sure. I got this all in one computer at a great price at a 4 hour sale for $400.00, for this price I cannot complain.

Love this computer and the sleek look. I have always been happy with HP computers and printers and I especially like the built-ins without the tower.. I am a little concerned with this one, however. The right side of the computer (where the DVD disc is built in) gets very warm to the touch - even hot at times.

I got this Pc for my daughter. SHE LOVES IT. Covers all the basics and is easy to use.

I'm not computer savvy, but this one is awesome. I didn't think I would like the touchscreen feature but I'm getting used to it. it plays videos very well and the sound is awesome. wish the keyboard was a little bit bigger, but ill live with it.

Great efficient All-in-One. I replaced a 6 year old HP all in one that continually locked up. This new one is light years ahead of the old one which my wife truly loved. Now she loves this one. She is delighted with the speed and reliability.

This purchase replaced a desktop (seperate box & screen) and so far, only a few days later it is performing exactly as needed. The keyboard is a bit small but I guess space savings was part of the motivation behind the purchase.

Setup is pretty easy, screen bright and sharp, nice to have wireless keyboard and mouse. However I upgraded to Windows 10 which works great but is a bit of a learning curve.

I would've rated it higher if the speakers worked out of the box and I didn't have to call technical support. It's a good basic computer for emailing and web surfing.

Picked this HP up at a great deal too hard to pass up. The computer itself is sleek and fast after updating to Windows 10. Wish it had the built quality of an Apple PC, but will have to suffice for what it's worth.

This purchase was for my 89 year old father who needed a computer upgrade. Good value, monitor size is perfect for zooming in. Windows 10 upgrade was flawless.

Great computer, does everything it's supposed to do. Screen is crystal clear and the touch screen works great. You spend your money for exactly what this product advertises. I'm glad I went with this option.

windows 8 was a bit difficult for me, BUT the Windows 10, along with the touch screen and the wireless features are AWESOME! Love, love, love the machine.

There is much to explore about my new HP! I'm just beginning to see what can be done. I also have Windows 10 to experiment with. I'm learning how to use a touch screen along with a keyboard and mouse

I really like the computer it was easy to set up. But the speakers don't work, so now I have to backup all my information and take it back to get it checked out. Hopefully it doesn't cost much.

I use this at work and I have no extra wires and Omgoodness I am no longer killing my eyes touchscreen works great. It has also helped to relieve the stress on my back sitting at a desk all day.

Bought this on a special buy from best buy and it was well worth it. This besides it a decent machine. Looks good and has decent performance.

Pro's : Easy Set up , Love win 10 , much better than win 8, Save a lot of desk space , Sturdy Design. Con's : Muse that comes with it is low quality , Sound cards need some tweaking , come with a default software that does not work.

I picked this up on a 4 hour sale for $399 glad I did its a great CPU and I love that it's touchscreen
