We bought open box cause we were without a computer and knew our kids were going to have to do school work. We found out why it was open box as the keyboard does not work at all. Thank God it is touch screen so we can use the touch keyboard although it doesn't always work. For the money I am happy with the purchase. If we weren't in lock down I could of just got the keyboard fixed or replaced but unfortunately we are stuck til it reopens

Great Computer, Easy Setup!

For a basic home computer it has been great. Easy to unpackage, and setup. Pretty much, plug and play. It there was any knock, and it isn't on the computer, it is the keyboard/mouse it comes with. It is very flat, so if you are using/looking for an ergo one, you might look at other options. Now, we just need to remember it is a touch screen!

Right away I saw what he needed and the salesperson was really helpful. He made my husband comfortable with the new computer. Since my laptop was windows 10 that helped him a lot. He really loves the new computer it does everything he needed it to do and it is very clean looking and not big and bulky.

Ample notice, ready for me when I got there. Nice guys, maintained social distance. The computer was super easy to set up and use. Very pleased that it didn’t have a lot of extra stuff on it that I didn’t need, no problem getting set up with all of my work files, work OFFICE 365, free anti-virus I wanted instead of McAfee trial it comes with.

Best PC purchase ever!

Normally I've had desktops and laptops but after seeing everything this HP can do I had to take it home. This has made working from home so much easier. I also purchased a stand alone monitor for the duel setup. The touch screen feature isn't something I really needed but its nice.
